When I spoke with Craig Collins on the phone, he was very friendly and gave me all the answers to my questions. He was always very quick in his email replies or his return phone calls. I honestly asked him multiple questions that needed multiple callbacks and replies. I like his sense of humor and it made me feel very comfortable because I was a little stressed out about buying a new car. He showed me all the functions of the car and how they worked. I would go back to Shaker's Ford and ask for Craig next time I'm in the market for buying a new car.
