    I purchased my first new vehicle here in August. Our salesperson, Rej, was very helpful and informative. My husband and I were impressed by the great customer service. The dealership contacted us numerous times after the purchase by phone and email to confirm that everything was going well with the vehicle and also to answer any questions or concerns that may have come up since we've owned the vehicle. Great buying experience!

  • Customer Service Is Really Bad and Unprofessional

    I was disrespected and spoken rudely to by a sales associate. He corrected me how to spell a word in a email and talked to me rudely and disrespectful. I feel like I wasn't respected in the proper way I should of been. I just felt violated. My husband was in uproar over the whole incident and we ended up not buying a vehicle there. What got me so upset, was the sales associate never personally apologized for his actions towards me. The customer service here has declined greatly over the past few months. Other people I know have had very poor experiences here also. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN CONSIDERING BUYING A VECHILE HERE

    This dealership is by far the best that I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle. Their attitude and attentiveness towards me was exceptional. They have earned my respect & business.     Corey did a wonderful job of highlighting the features of the car. He has obviously well-integrated the training that Honda has offered to him. Was very personable and answered all questions. Jesse did a thorough job with the financing part of the transaction. Both are friendly and easy to deal with.
  • Dishonest Service Department

    I purchased a new car from Executive Honda. Within a week of owning the car, I returned to the dealership asking that the tires be balanced and that the alignment be examined. I arrived home and the dealership had put around 45 pounds of air pressure in the right side tires and around 30 on the left hand side. When I put all the tires at 32 my complaints returned. I took the car to a different service vendor and asked them to check the alignment. The alignment aimed the car to the right -- Executive Honda had pumped up the air on the right side to mask the fact that the alignment was not correct. Their dishonesty in servicing a brand new car speaks for itself. Stay away from this dishonest business.
  • Extremely POOR Customer Satisfaction Standards!!

    My Fiance and I purchased a vehicle brand new in January 2009. One week after this purchase was made we decided to cancel a warranty that we deemed unnecessary. I signed the appropriate cancellation request form at this Honda dealership and was told 6 to 8 weeks for processing. However, four months later not only did I have to beg for this cancellation to happen ... I had to endure NUMEROUS phone calls and FALSE PROMISES!! After all was said and done ... I was shorted on the refund amount. Absolute and utter aggravation is putting it mildly. I'm a very unhappy customer and WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!
  • AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

    This is the WORST Customer Service I have EVER experienced! Their sales team pretends to be management and gives you false deals! This car is $16,999... Um hello buddy I already told you I printed your add and guess what! It is a lot less than that!!! The one younger cocky gentleman pretended to be a manager (MAYBE SOMEDAY IF HE KEEPS UP HIS DISGUSTING ATTITUDE) and told my father since he didn't want to sit down he was not going to sell us the car! Unbelievable! I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect nor seen someone act that way towards my father! Most people would have knocked that [violative content deleted] out for talking to them like he did us!!! They may have some good prices but overall their sales team is a bunch of slimy salesmen who know nothing about their cars or customer service! This place is a joke and a waste of time! To think we drove over an hour to see their inventory! Don't waste your time! I am making it a point to let people know that this was the WORST experience I have ever had with a bunch of [violative content deleted]! WATCH OUT IF YOU SHOP THERE!

    I brought my Honda in for Service at Executive Honda and nothing but a great expierence. I found them very honest and the level of service was fantastic. I have delt with the other Honda dealer in New Britain and what a difference with Executive. I needed an oil changes and I did not even need to make an appointment! I was just blown away. I will purchase my next car with them for sure.
  • transmission and timing belt service

    I bought 95 HONDA ACCORD from a friend of mine. I knew the car well and knew it had no mechanical issues at all. I wanted the timing belt and waterpump changed cause my friend didn't know what her husband did to the car and he didn't remember other then that it went in for something major.. Well I asked them to check the timing belt and make sure it was ok before replacement. $1300.00 later, it was replaced and they threw out the parts. The mechanic didn't put back all the bolts and the cover was put on crooked. He was kinda stupid if you ask me when I asked him why he did that and not a quality job and he didn't have a response of course. I asked him if he knew the 3 elements of combustion to make a car run which are ignition, fuel, and air... He told me a spark plug, cylender and gas. OK! I guess Hellen Keller gave him his ASE cert. In November, I had a transmission service done, now as a mechanic, i'm aware of cycling transmission fluid and what goes in fresh must push out the old. Well. Since I got the car back in November of 06, I have only put 4k miles on it and the transmission has been screwed up. The transmission just let go entirely. I decided to check the fluid level, the dipstick was dry, and this car has no major leaks and nothing in my driveway for fluids. i added 3 quarts and still nothing. I had it towed to the dealer they said the transmission is toast, and they are not taking responsibility for it. I know it was november, but only 4k miles since the service? Time to call a attourney. I think they are one of those places that break things to get you to come back.

  • Easiest Vehicle Purchase

    Terrance was a pleasure to work with on the lease of my 2014 Accord Sport. I went to Executive first then looked at other brands (Ford/Dodge/Chevy/MB/BMW/Infiniti) and went back to Terrance. Once I made up my mind I called Terrance and he had the car sitting out front waiting for my wife and I and we took it home that afternoon. Closing the deal was quick and hassle free. Highly recommend!

  • Great All Around, Top notch in correcting problems

    Was assisting friend in buying a new Accord. After shopping several places, the best deal, including trade in, was here with very straight forward numbers. When closing, they managed to find a loan that beat what we already thought was a fantastic rate from a credit union. Unfortunately, when she signed the paperwork, there was a misunderstanding (long story involving 2 and 3 year olds and a sports car) and she had bought some extended care products. I saw this in the paperwork that evening. Went back the next morning to talk to the finance manager. Explained the issue. He immediately agreed to drop these charges and plans. Within 15 minutes he printed out new purchase papers and all was corrected. Now that is what good customer service and being trustworthy is all about!

  • Friendly and easy car buying process

    I scheduled an appointment to test drive a pre-owned car after seeing it on the web site. Khaled took me for the test drive and was very friendly, answering all my questions without a lot of pressure (which I very much appreciated). I had owned an Accord for almost 15 years and had been test driving several other car types in my search, but when push came to shove I just felt comfortable in another Honda and knew by the time I got back from the test drive that I was going to buy the car. The next day of going through the financing process was very smooth with Steve and he explained options well but, again, did not apply the type of pressure I experienced 15 years ago (with another dealer in another state). I'm writing this review a week after purchasing, and it all just feels right. I thank them for making this experience actually as enjoyable as it can be. Also, telling a co-worker that I had gone to this dealership, she said she's purchased/leased her last three cars with them.

    Very Happy! The hours are better then I originally thought. I used to take my oil changes to a 10 minute place, but for the price, quality and ease of taking it to Executive Honda I only will take my car there in the future! Great service for my car and for me!

The sales person was easy to talk to along with the process of leasing the vehicle. the closing of the lease was easy and no high pressure to purchase any add ons!!     I received a reasonble online quote for the vehicle that I was interested in (2014 Honda CRV-EX) which they honored. They did try to sell me VIN window etching and extended warranty but they were NOT pushy about it. The sales people were not aggressive, which made me feel comfortable. Unlike other dealers that I have encountered, they did NOT waste my time with the 'good cop-bad cop' routines or any other tricks (such as bait and switch). Overall it was a pleasant, non-lengthy experience. I would definitely consider this dealer again.

  • Dishonest Service

    I bought a new car from this dealership in 2008 and was told that in order for the warranty to be valid, I'd have to do all servicing here. I did. In November 2010, I had a routine oil change but my car was driving a little sluggish afterward. I was told that everything was ok with the car. Since this was such a rough winter, I barely drove the car. In February, I noticed oil in my driveway. The car had leaked out all of the oil becuase the service department hadn't put the oil plug in correctly. I called them up and they wanted me to drive the car without any oil to their service department. Instead, my husband went there to pick up an oil plug and oil. He was told to purchase the oil and we'd be reimbursed. We were but not once did either of us get an "I'm sorry for your inconvenience". The service here is overpriced and not worth the $. The least they could do was apologize for their mistake that could've damaged my car or caused an accident. The fact that they didn't question why I needed an oil plug and reimbursement made me think that this happens often. The service manager was upset that we even called about this. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

    I got quotes from 5 local Honda dealers online for a Honda with specific features. Some quotes came back ridiculously low, just to get me in the door. I reminded all salesmen that I was looking for their best price and if I had a written quote for the car I wanted, they'd better honor it. Immediately, the low baller dropped their quotes, leaving Nick at Executive a front runner. Throughout the whole process, he was honest and forthcoming. That's all I needed to seal the deal, along with a fair price. Terry was the finance guy and he too listened to me and didn't waste my time. I didn't step foot in the door until my car arrived and it was exactly what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I was out within the hour. I will definitely buy from Executive again. That was August 2010 and I've just had my first oil change, July 2011, which is free for life. They didn't treat me like a freebie either. I was treated like a valued customer even though the service I needed didn't pay them anything. I like that. I have since switched my husband's car's service to Executive and they have taken good care of him too. He's planning to buy his next vehicle here too.

    We just had my 2010 Honda CRV oil changed and it was free because I bought my car there. I am totally thrilled with that! They were wonderful, even though I didn't pay them! Also had my husband's 2001 Accord serviced the same day and they fixed things for FREE on his car and we didn't even buy it there. His next car will be from Executive Honda. Can't emphasize enough how satisfied I am with this dealership. I have a Honda dealership that is 2 miles from my house that used to go to for 10 years and they treated me like a 'stupid woman' every time I walked in the door. Happy to be with someone who treats me like they like me, not just the money I spend.
