I received a reasonble online quote for the vehicle that I was interested in (2014 Honda CRV-EX) which they honored. They did try to sell me VIN window etching and extended warranty but they were NOT pushy about it. The sales people were not aggressive, which made me feel comfortable. Unlike other dealers that I have encountered, they did NOT waste my time with the 'good cop-bad cop' routines or any other tricks (such as bait and switch). Overall it was a pleasant, non-lengthy experience. I would definitely consider this dealer again.
