From the first word, Tim was friendly, helpful and nothing but professional. Forget low pressure, there was NO pressure. We had a lengthy… test drive that came after the most complete explanation of the cars controls I have ever experienced even after purchasing a car. Upon getting there I was greeted by Mr. Brandon Brown (Sales Consultant) who asked if he could… help me. From there on it was history. Brandon immediately came to my assistance and explained the difference between two vehicles I had in mind. He was very professional and very knowledgeable as he broke down every single detail in these two vehicles. If you are reading this review for yourself, you cannot go by any negative comments just because people are giving negative reviews. You must go there in person and experience all of which I am mentioning. I had a very positive one. Brandon Brown you ROCK. Thank you for making me feel at home with no pressure. I went to many dealerships, shopped around for months and months and finally after 2 visits to Executive found the perfect Wrangler for me. I told them my… price range and max payment I wanted to make and the did great. Typically they loose me in Finance because they try to swindle me into things and I hate that, but Chris was great. The no haggle price and fair value on the trade makes the process so easy. They weren't pushy at all. I would hands down send all my friends and family to them. Thank you for putting me in my dream car!!!!!Awesome

The sales representive that helped me was Mike, he was able to answer every question I had for him. He answered my emails in a timely fashion and didn't pressurize me into… making a deal. He just showed me the cars and dropped some knowledge on me about them. We have bought four cars from this dealership since 2009 and will continue to go back every time we need a new vehicle. All… the employees over the years have all been so helpful and understanding of our specific needs when buying a car. This time around, CJ, the General Manager, took the time to sit down with us and explain our options as we were nearing the end of our lease. We worked with Mike Vachula to choose our current vehicle. Mike was so approachable, easy to talk to, and he really listened to what we wanted in our next vehicle. Both he and CJ worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted and within our budget. We highly recommend this dealership!WOW!

by Darting_Around on 06/23/2016I have always HATED buying cars... I don't haggle well and tend to cave in under pressure. Never before have I purchased a vehicle without feeling like I've been taken for a ride. (and I don't mean a test drive!) Not knowing what car I… wanted, I started browsing at local dealerships and left several of them feeling like I narrowly escaped the circling vultures trying to rip me to shreds. That all changed when I walked into Executive Dodge Jeep in Wallingford. With all my defenses up I shooed away the salesman to "research" the lot on my own. After nearly an hour I decided that I did need help after all and that's when I learned that Brandon is not a salesman, but a sales consultant, so I consulted with him. He listened to my list of things that I needed in a car, the things I wanted but weren't really necessary, and the things that would be nice but are completely unnecessary (and I probably couldn't afford). Without hesitation he said "You should look at a Dart, we've got one here that covers all of your needs and wants and has many of your would likes, too". I really liked the look of it from the outside and when he returned with the key and I got inside... this car fit me like a glove. Brandon hit the bullseye with his first shot. I was almost disappointed to find a car that I wanted so much, since that puts me at such a disadvantage in the next dreaded phase... Negotiating. WAIT... WHAT? No haggling? Best Price First policy? Open, transparent, honest pricing? They showed me what the car cost them, fees, taxes... minus the very generous amount for my trade-in, bottom line.... Done. No muss, no fuss, most importantly no pressure. So, of course, I walked away from the deal fully expecting a call saying "Come back, and we'll make you a better deal." That call never came because they had truly given me their best price, first. So, I wasted a day and a half of my time (and theirs) before going back to take possession of my shiny, new, sexy, sporty 2016 Dodge Dart SXT! I honestly believe that if I were the worlds greatest negotiator, with brass balls and a heart of stone I couldn't have gotten a better deal on this, the perfect car for me, at any other dealership. If you're looking to buy a car, save yourself a lot of time, aggravation, and money by going straight to Executive.Thank you so much for the great review! by Champagnes on 06/17/2016Earlier this year we were in search of a Ram truck for my husband. We played "hard ball" with our rep in the end to try and get the best deal. Nick M. was fairly new to car sales but he was great. We certainly put him through the test and… he pulled through. We had a great experience with him then so a few months later when I was ready to get a new vehicle we went back. This time it was a little more challenging because I had some "most haves" - the vehicle would be mine! Nick was great again. He gave us plenty of alone time to sit and discuss the options. He even helped to entertain our 2 young boys and got them drinks during the couple of hours that we were there. In the end....I got a 2016 Durango with a great lease and I LOVE IT!!! When he was reviewing the truck with me at delivery he was the one to point out an issue with the face cover over the instrument panel - thank you for not trying to hide it. He already order it through the parts department and has promised me a loaner when I return to get it replaced. We did notice a large scratch on the hood and they will take care it and detail the truck again when I return it for the appointment. I had my mother with me too and she ended up purchasing a new Patriot. Great experience all around. Even with the finance guy and all the paperwork. Each time was smooth and through. Even the General Manager helped out when we got the Durango so we wouldn't have to wait. Highly recommend Executive and Nick M. We'll be back.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. After explaining why I was there Evie sat down with me to assess my needs .Evie made me feel at ease while trying to decide what truck to lease. I was… shown the crew cab and quad cab models before deciding on the quad cab. I never felt pressured to make a hasty decision. Comfortable car buying experience

A few places I visited prior to here played the traditional move of trying to get me interested in a more expensive vehicle.… Here, I was given space to view the inventory without pressure and when I was ready to look into a particular vehicle, my sales representative answered all of my questions and allowed me to look into the vehicle I was actually interested in, rather than trying to build my interest in something more expensive.
