Executive Dodge Jeep Ram of Wallingford

Earlier this year we were in search of a Ram truck for my husband. We played "hard ball" with our rep in the end to try and get the best deal. Nick M. was fairly new to car sales but he was great. We certainly put him through the test and he pulled through. We had a great experience with him then so a few months later when I was ready to get a new vehicle we went back. This time it was a little more challenging because I had some "most haves" - the vehicle would be mine! Nick was great again. He gave us plenty of alone time to sit and discuss the options. He even helped to entertain our 2 young boys and got them drinks during the couple of hours that we were there. In the end....I got a 2016 Durango with a great lease and I LOVE IT!!! When he was reviewing the truck with me at delivery he was the one to point out an issue with the face cover over the instrument panel - thank you for not trying to hide it. He already order it through the parts department and has promised me a loaner when I return to get it replaced. We did notice a large scratch on the hood and they will take care it and detail the truck again when I return it for the appointment. I had my mother with me too and she ended up purchasing a new Patriot. Great experience all around. Even with the finance guy and all the paperwork. Each time was smooth and through. Even the General Manager helped out when we got the Durango so we wouldn't have to wait. Highly recommend Executive and Nick M. We'll be back.
