My experience buying a CPO Honda was excellent. All of the staff is polite, knowledgeable and professional and patient with the various questions I had. The atmosphere there is one of a professional dealership that is there to provide the… best customer service experience to their customers.

  • 2011 Honda Fit Brake Job

    Our son’s older Honda Fit needed all four brakes serviced. After the diagnostic was completed, I got a price and an estimate of the time needed…a few hours. The wonderful people at the service desk let me borrow a charging cord for my… iPhone while I sat in the waiting room. While he car was being serviced, I asked that they change the oil…cheaper than at the Oil Change business a half mile away.

  • Worse buying experience EVER

    Had a bad buying experience from the beginning. Picked the Ridgeline that I wanted in Red, and it took a long time to get one. Then when it came in it couldn’t be sold due to a recall for the backup camera. After months of getting nowhere… I called them to suggest canceling that vehicle and buying another one that already has the fix. They were able to do that but why did I have to suggest that and not them. Then the salesman went over the options I added, and he had messed up that order. I wanted the HPD decal on the fenders and Ridgeline in Black letters on the tailgate. They had some other decal for the tailgate. So now there is a price increase that they did not want to eat for their mistake. The new truck came in less than a week on a Friday afternoon. I have a 3:30 appointment and arrive early. A bit after 3:30 I make it to the salesman desk. The first thing to get things started is payment on my credit card. Then we sat for 20 minutes and finally got called to sign all the documents with the finance guy I assume. Then led back to the showroom where we sit another 30 minutes while they get the truck ready. It should have been already prepared. Finally, the salesman brings it around and tells me I will have to bring it back since they dont have the decal s and black letters to put on it. Next, he rushes to show me a few things about the systems. Mine you, I have a 1990 Chevy Silverado that does not even have a key fob, so this is all new to me these electronic systems. But since it is time for them to go home, I get pushed on my way and leave. The truck is home and I have not driven it since. I have no idea what all the gadgets do. The screen has tons of menus and there are buttons everywhere. So, when I get some time, I need to read the manual to learn. My brother has shown me a few things to help. When I got home the truck had not been cleaned very well. Under the back seats was trash. Under the bed in the trunk, it was dusty and dirty. The windows are all foggy so never washed inside. Worse buying experience EVER

    Excellent! I have a Honda with over 200K miles. Sullivan did exactly what I asked for, nothing unnecessary, and was very respectful of my desire to limit costs.

    Work on the vehicle was performed well. Person at the service desk (Paige) was rude, condescending, and abrasive. Vehicle needed rear brakes, and this person told my wife that she really shouldn't let her drive vehicle, but, sorry - we… don't have time to do it today. Stated "I'm having a bad day" Wife said that she would have to talk to me, as I wasn't available. "So maybe then you should bring your husband next time" I took my business elsewhere. They should understand the this person is the "face" of their business. No matter how great their service department is, she set the tone for how they do business.

    I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, a 2023 Honda Passport, from Sullivan Honda. The first weekend I owned it, I noticed that the intermittented wipers were not working. That same day I received an email from Sullivan Honda asking how I was… liking my car. I told them that I loved the car but that there was an issue with the windshield wipers. The next day, they called me and I had an appointment that afternoon to have the issue serviced. It was determined that a part needed to be ordered. I lived 40 minutes away from the dealership, so they made arrangements for someone to come down and pick up my car and leave me with a loaner car once the part came in. The car exchange appointment was made around my schedule. I have not previously purchased cars from this dealership, as I have 2 Honda dealers within 10 miles of my house, but I saw that they had an almost new car for sale and none of my local dealers had one. I can tell you it is worth the drive if you don't live in the area. They are the kindest, most caring dealership I have ever dealt with, from the sales person, to the woman at the service desk, to the head of the service department, to the owner himself. I can't recommend this dealership enough!

    Oil Change went fine. I was quite shocked to learn that my two year old car with 27000 miles already needed 4 new tires. Honda is clealry not putting good tires on the leases so it can charge you quickly down the line. Will not be… purchasing a Honda product again because of this experience.
