Dealership Service Review
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle, a 2023 Honda Passport, from Sullivan Honda. The first weekend I owned it, I noticed that the intermittented wipers were not working. That same day I received an email from Sullivan Honda asking how I was liking my car. I told them that I loved the car but that there was an issue with the windshield wipers. The next day, they called me and I had an appointment that afternoon to have the issue serviced. It was determined that a part needed to be ordered. I lived 40 minutes away from the dealership, so they made arrangements for someone to come down and pick up my car and leave me with a loaner car once the part came in. The car exchange appointment was made around my schedule. I have not previously purchased cars from this dealership, as I have 2 Honda dealers within 10 miles of my house, but I saw that they had an almost new car for sale and none of my local dealers had one. I can tell you it is worth the drive if you don't live in the area. They are the kindest, most caring dealership I have ever dealt with, from the sales person, to the woman at the service desk, to the head of the service department, to the owner himself. I can't recommend this dealership enough!
