Worse buying experience EVER

Had a bad buying experience from the beginning. Picked the Ridgeline that I wanted in Red, and it took a long time to get one. Then when it came in it couldn’t be sold due to a recall for the backup camera. After months of getting nowhere I called them to suggest canceling that vehicle and buying another one that already has the fix. They were able to do that but why did I have to suggest that and not them. Then the salesman went over the options I added, and he had messed up that order. I wanted the HPD decal on the fenders and Ridgeline in Black letters on the tailgate. They had some other decal for the tailgate. So now there is a price increase that they did not want to eat for their mistake. The new truck came in less than a week on a Friday afternoon. I have a 3:30 appointment and arrive early. A bit after 3:30 I make it to the salesman desk. The first thing to get things started is payment on my credit card. Then we sat for 20 minutes and finally got called to sign all the documents with the finance guy I assume. Then led back to the showroom where we sit another 30 minutes while they get the truck ready. It should have been already prepared. Finally, the salesman brings it around and tells me I will have to bring it back since they dont have the decal s and black letters to put on it. Next, he rushes to show me a few things about the systems. Mine you, I have a 1990 Chevy Silverado that does not even have a key fob, so this is all new to me these electronic systems. But since it is time for them to go home, I get pushed on my way and leave. The truck is home and I have not driven it since. I have no idea what all the gadgets do. The screen has tons of menus and there are buttons everywhere. So, when I get some time, I need to read the manual to learn. My brother has shown me a few things to help. When I got home the truck had not been cleaned very well. Under the back seats was trash. Under the bed in the trunk, it was dusty and dirty. The windows are all foggy so never washed inside. Worse buying experience EVER
