A Very Good Experience!
by 43badger on 03/26/2025
Stress-free environment. Chad, our salesperson, was there to listen to us and accommodate our needs. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. We felt that he was in our corner. This was perhaps the best car-buying… experience my wife and I (in our eighties!) have ever had! It was a big plus that we were able to place a REFUNDABLE deposit on a beautiful Camry while it was still in transit. Fees for documents and etching were certainly reasonable. Not the closest Toyota dealer for us, but definitely worth the trip.

Thank you for a wonderful first-time buyer experience!
by gomesb on 01/08/2015My family has purchased from Lynch for every car we have had. As the next generation in the family, it was my first time purchasing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for the friendly staff, patience and for being so flexible. I felt so… comfortable and not pressured into purchasing, and that's what made this location different from others. They were open to helping and answering questions but let us go about as we wanted to before settling anything. Thank you for a great experience!!2015 Tacoma
by dave600 on 11/21/2014This was our first visit to Lynch after not feeling comfortable with our previous Toyota dealer. The staff at Lynch went out of their way to make our purchase of a new truck possible. From sales to financing they were eager to please,… polite with no sales pressure or misleading ploys. After the purchase they were very thorough in explaining the trucks bells & whistles and the service department. They encouraged us to drop in or call with any questions or problems that pop up. It was an enjoyable experience.Awesome experience!
by lblackmer on 06/17/2014We recently worked with Gary A in sales for the purchase of our 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Gary was extremely polite and respectful-not very common in this day and age. Lynch Toyota did not have a 2014 Tacoma with the options we wanted, so Gary… arranged to have one transferred from another dealer. Gary kept us updated as to the status of locating the vehicle, the change in options and price. We never felt pushed or hounded into purchasing--we were given time to think things over. It was a very positive experience. Thank you Gary for all your help!!Run away
by jrp991 on 11/07/2010In 20 years I've never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Promises made which didnt come through that I was initally ok with as a misunderstanding but then was personally insulted by a sales manager who attempted to insinuate that I… was somehow at fault for ordering something that they coulldnt provide. It was as if I had done somehting wrong. All I did was order items from the brochure from the desk of the salesman. Then after 3 weeks they realized they couldnt provide the items so they then turned to a defensive attitude. You can buy a Toyota anywhere. I would suggest doing it anywhere but here. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. I'm still not satisfied after 2 months and it just gets worse. If they werent so concerned about covering their own mistakes we could have worked something out. Instead they decided the best solution was to insult the customer until he just shut up or went away quietly. Who does business like that? The founder would be ashamed of how his business is being run. You cant get anyone on the phone and when you do get a call back they tell you they're swamped but if you just pull up unannounced to the showroom there's never any customers, the sales and managers are just sitting around the front desk surfing the internet and waiting for whoever wen to get coffee to return. What a joke. I tried for a month to come to a resolution and somehow I'm to be blamed for asking for an option that was offered by toyota that they couldnt make happen. I'll throw my money in a gutter before I spend another dime at this place.World Class !!!
by timmy13 on 10/28/2010I have had my cars serviced at Lynch for several years and have recently purchased my 4th vehicle from them, a brand new 2010 Toyota Corolla. I cannot praise them enough. This dealership always treats me with the utmost respect, and it has… always been a pleasure dealing with them, both in service AND sales. My salesperson, Brian , and the Internet guy, Scott made the car buying process very easy and very straightforward. I recommend this dealership to my family and friends, and I will continue to buy my cars there.OWNER BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE
by sirhc104 on 09/05/2010I don't know why I continue to do business with Lynch in Manchester. This service visit will be the VERY LAST time I bring my car there. After bringing in the car to the service dept and having them have the car for 3 full days. I picked my… car up with no mention of body damage until I went back to the service desk when I couldn't find my car in the parking lot after it was supposedly ready and was told "Oh thats right, your car is parked out back in the "special" section as it got smashed. To make a long story short I left the dealership 8 hours prior to going vacation on a Friday in which I needed the car. I left the dealership with 3 body work I.O.U.'s and 2 interior damage I.O.U.'s. After bringing this higher up to the "Customer Relations Manager" he was nice initially, then 2 days later said that I am trying to get my car fully refurbished. All I want is some acknowledgement that they are sorry and go the extra mile for me as a long time customer. Instead, I have had to argue and drag this out. They scraped my front bumper, rear bumper, broke the tail lite, scraped the bare exposed metal around the tail lite, broke the trim that wraps around the seat, and removed the lumbar support button. When I asked where the button was they said "was there always a button there". I had brought the car back under warrantee as it covered all electrical components in the power seats. They told me they would not fix this as they could tell a few years back soda was spilled on the button. I bought the car certified used with a top of the line extended warranty. The warranty doesn't say if soda is spilled they wont replace it. The wiring that they left hanging out of the drivers seat shows no signs of damage and in fact is still factory taped to keep any liquids from getting into the system. After arguing over the body damage they finally agreed to fix the lumbar support button. This has been the most aggrevating experience working with Lynch Toyota in Manchester, I will be sure others are aware of their actions and lack of caring. They act like I made this stuff up when the evidence is directly in front of them.BUYING A USED CAR OR TRUCK AT LYNCH IS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE
by johnara on 03/04/2010I bought a used Chevy pickup from Lynch in the fall. The only thing I asked them to fix before buying it was to take care of the 'check engine' light, which was staying on. I went on the day of delivery and picked up the truck and paid all… my money. I drove the truck exactly one mile and the light came back on. I took it back and it took them four weeks to diagnose and fix the problem, a faulty fuel pump. No apologies, no offer of a loaner car, nothing. Stupid me... I went back there a couple of months later, as my salesman, Mike Davis, was fine to deal with. I bought a used Jeep Liberty. My bad experiences with buying the Chevy were no preparation for the series of hassles and misrepresentations I went through in buying the Jeep. Fortunately, I took the Jeep to [another dealership] in Ellington for a pre-purchase inspection. I've done business with [other dealership] quite happily, for 25 years, by the way. They found quite a few things wrong with the Jeep. I advised Lynch of this and gave them a copy of the [other dealership] work order/report. They told me they would fix everything. After waiting almost two weeks, the sales manager told me, through the salesperson, that they would only fix certain things. When I asked for my deposit back, they refused, so I bought it after INSISTING they do all the work they had promised to do. After another week, it was finally ready except for three parts for which they gave me an IOU voucher. I drove the Jeep home. The next time I drove it was three days later. I went just a few miles, and when I got in to start it on a very cold night, it was as dead as a doornail. It had to be towed back to Lynch by AAA. They had worked on the battery terminals and the negative one had become defective. No apology, no anything. Meanwhile, I waited four weeks for the three parts on order. Then I found out they hadn't really ordered two of the things because the sales manager was hoping to pick them up used at an auto auction. Is this cheap or is this cheap? I finally told them I was going to speak with the owner, Michael Lynch, unless they gave me the parts or gave me the money to buy them myself. The check arrived this week, five weeks after I bought the Jeep. I will never, ever do business with Lynch again. I suggest you do the same. Not a trustworthy dealership
by gnsegal on 01/02/2009Lynch replaced an engine under warranty at 47000 miles only to experience a cracked flex plate and damaged torque converter 25000 miles later. Vehcile was repaired by Aamco who gave a written report that due to an alignment dowel being cut… off engine was misaligned causing the cracked flex plate and damaged torque converter. Lynch accept no responsibility and infer that flex plate cracked due to poor materials!Lynch Toyota Lies & Doesn't Follow Through On Their Promises
by fxstdi on 11/08/2008I recently purchased a used Tundra from Lynch Toyota in Manchester CT and was promised 4 new original equipment tires and a factory rear bumper as part of the deal. When I picked up the truck it had 4 generic tires and an aftermarket bumper… installed on it. Also after 600 miles the front brake pads were making noise and had to be replaced. This should have been checked prior to being offered as a Toyota Certified Vehicle. Their body shop also broke off 2 bumper mounting bolts and did not replace them. The serpentine belt is noisy. They also did not fill the gas tank before delivery as promised, I had to return to the dealership for a credit slip and fill the tank myself. They make you feel as if these problems are your fault and don't work to resolve issues. Customer service representitive Muhammad is very rude and insulting and goes back on his word. After completing my Toyota Certified Vehicle Customer Satisfaction Survey a Toyota representitive informed me that there were several unresolved customer complaints regestered with them against Lynch Toyota. I have paperwork from the State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles Division of Dealers and Repairers filled out and ready to send in if Toyota can not help resolve these issues. My brother in law works for a Toyota dealership and they can't believe the way Lynch treats their customers. After 24 years of owning Toyota trucks this will be my last.Based on my own recent sorry experiences with Lynch Toyota of Manchester, I have to say that this review is entirely believeable. I bought both a used truck and then an SUV from Lynch this winter. Never in my 40 years of buying from new car dealers have I had experiences this bad. I will write my own review. Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from Lynch!
BEST TOYOTA DEALER IN CT!
by GREATRUCK on 04/30/2014updated 06/14/2025In March, we went to Lynch Toyota to look into purchasing a new Toyota Tundra. We were met by one of their Salesman, Sean C, who proceeded to take us though the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience I can remember. It is all… too common to run into obnoxious car salesman who only want to get your signature and their commission as quickly as possible. Sean proved to be a wonderful exception to that cliche, and he has ensured that we will be coming back to this dealership for years to come. This dealership truly exceeded in their customer service and outperforms any other dealerships I have dealt with. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Jason K, the Finance Mgr. I found the entire staff to be very professional, timely, and truly made the car buying process a very easy task. Thank you Lynch Toyota!Great Experience
by dra123 on 10/21/2013updated 06/14/2025I have had my Camry serviced at Lynch for several years before trading it in recently for a new Tacoma. I have always had a great experience with the service staff, and the sales personnel were equally professional and courteous. There was… no pressure or hype whatsoever, and they honored the deals that were advertised online. I would, without reservation, recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.Excellent service
by roseisarose on 04/07/2014updated 06/14/2025We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Lynch Toyota and we'll be back there for the next Toyota. It's not the closest dealership to us but it's worth the travel. Buddy, our sales rep, is just the nicest person and goes all out to find just… the exact vehicle we want. The showroom is clean and comfortable. No stress, no pressure - a great experience. Thank you!toyota Tacoma
by trucker19 on 04/30/2014updated 06/14/2025I purchased the Tacoma because of the quality of the tacoma truck. What Is Good Service Worth?
by mel91 on 06/06/2014updated 06/14/2025Buying a car is generally not a pleasant experience due to shopping and comparing prices with other dealers, especially when some salesmen try to introduce different models and/or equipment into the mix. I find Lynch an easy place to shop… for a new car. The salesperson I bought my car from was very knowledgeable and personable. I felt no pressure whatsoever. He listened and showed me only what I wanted. When I did my due diligence Toyota was not the lowest priced dealer but worked with me to cut the gap in price. My choice to buy from Lynch was also heavily influenced by the terrific service I have received from their Service Dept. (I currently own other Toyotas). Kevin from the Service Dept. has been honest, fair and just a pleasure to work with. Although I could have bought a car from another dealer and still have it serviced at Lynch, I felt Kevin was well worth the price differential to purchase from Lynch. MelOutstanding customer Service
by nochur on 04/11/2014updated 06/14/2025I would like to thank Nasmin for her outstanding customer service and was very helpful through the deal process. Was very much impressed.Good experience
by ali37 on 11/20/2013updated 06/14/2025I would recommend this dealership to friends because of their efforts to help customers to get the best result in a friendly manner.2014 Yaris

by Tacoma2013 on 10/31/2013updated 06/14/2025A very relaxed, warm, inviting dealership. No pressures. They were very informative and very fair. Will buy more vehicles from them.Mike D. "Super Salesman"
by bostonstong on 11/11/2013updated 06/14/2025Lynch Toyota has been our dealer of choice for our last 6 cars (3 Camry's, 2 Rav 4's and now a 2014 Corolla; Why Lynch? Easy-greta service, dependability, cooperation, accomodating.reliability, nice people Yea Mike D.!!!! What else can I… say=Top Shelf...all the way!Bait and switch - AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!
by sweeneyfilms on 09/09/2012updated 06/14/2025Avoid this dealership at all costs. They advertise online, then refuse to honor their advertised price. Not even close! Awful experience. Classic bait and switch. We walked out in a rage, shocked that this company promotes itself as… "honest."My experience in buying a RAV 4
by lucky01 on 05/12/2014updated 06/14/2025I currently own several Toyota cars (Camry, Highlander) as well as several in the past (Avalon, Camry). Most bought from Lynch except for the Highlander. I did buy a Highlander back in 2005 and went to Hartford because your sales person… was not very considerate and polite. My wife and I thought we give it another try and did come back in 2007 to buy a car for my mother in law. She was so excited that she was getting a new Camry. Unfortunately she passed away the day before she was going to pick it up. The dealership was wonderful in understanding the situation and the salesperson was WONDERFUL. You gave a full refund and sent a sympathy card.. A month later my wife and I bought a new Camry at Lynch because of the experience. Your sales people today seem to care.. That's all I am looking for.. Someone that will work with me and provide me all the appropriate information. I was looking at a CRV and the RAV4 but decided on the RAV because some the unique functions that came along with the Limited. I would have bought a new Highlander but the gas milage and size did not work for me.. Kids are all grown and out of the house. The Highlander is the best car I ever owned, I only hope my new RAV can meet the standards and expectations the highlander set. On another note your service department needs better quality control. My daughter was using the Avalon to do her clinical for her doctorate and we brought the car in for maintenance. She was to be traveling to Loemenster Mass. hospital for clinical. When she got the car she drove home and complained that the car was making a noise. She called me and I brought it back. The problem, they never tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires. It was coming off.... NOT GOOD, I talked to the service manager and he was very apologetic and assured me that they would implement better controls. A year later my daughter took the car back for routine maintenance and had the wipers replaced... They left the old wipers in the cill of the car and when it rained the next time they came flying out when she turned the wipers on. It scared her. Well she graduated and now is a doctor and ready to buy a car.. She bought a Honda CRV... Not surprising... She said to me that she was concerned with the service. Long story sorry but you can see how IMPORTANT service is...
