    Once again Griff performed perfect service to my 2016 Tucson Limited. When I picked up my vehicle it was very clean and all the service was done on the drivers door. Great Service sells new cars.

    Good part was the oil change. It ran late from my apptmt time but I was notified by Michael Lockhart that they were backed up and running late with his apologies which was much appreciated. Bad part. I was informed that I desperately needed new front brake pads and rotors for $600+ but I chose to wait. In going elsewhere to compare pricing, 2 mechanics stated that I did not need new brakes and if it was their car they would not replace at this time. One of the mechanics is a friend and he would not put me in harms way with faulty brakes. It left me feeling no trust in Hyundai’s Service mechanics.

Our technicians use Hyundai's guidelines when preforming brake inspections and recommending replacement of brake pads and rotors. While we understand everybody can have a different threshold for that recommendation it is our standard to recommend brake replacement before the brake measurements become a safety issue.     Joron Stimage-Norwood was my sales rep. A really great guy who make the whole evaluation and sales process easy for me. On my first trip to Lia Hyundai, all I wanted was a test drive the ionic. Within 3 minutes I had the keys in my hand and he was taking me through a walkthrough of the features of the car before I got in. I told him I wouldn't be out very long and he said "don't worry, we don't close until 6:00. Just be back before then". After test driving the ionic, I then tried several other electric vehicles from other manufacturers. I liked the ionic so I went back again and asked for another test drive for my wife. Again same excellent response from Joron. As the whole negotiation process continued remotely, I never felt pressured to make a fast decision or buy an option that I did not want. In the end, I feel I got a good deal ($15,000 off the MSRP, 1.9% rate).

    Sharif Bilodeau was or person of contact for the sale of our Santa Fe. He is an excellent person to deal with. He explained all of the features in depth,and even set up our remote start on my phone. Being not very good a technology my wife and I appreciated that very much. He represents your dealership in the most outstanding way. There was also another gentleman that assisted with some of the technology questions. I do not remember his name, but he also did an excellent job. Thanks Art & Pat Usher

    My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the relaxed sales experience we had with Brandon Fealy at Lia Hyundai in Enfield, CT. Brandon answered all our questions and knew everything about the Hyndai Kona Electric. When we picked up the car he spent a couple of hours with us going the all the features. I followed up with Brandon after the sale and he helped me with a question I had forgotten to ask. Overall it was a great sales experience.
