The Un professionals
by Tim Murphy on 07/26/2023I can honestly say the worst interaction of a dealership ever in my 60 plus years of life. I made an offer on a Dodge Durango and at first thought it was accepted, but in reality, only if I purchased the ceramic coating service of $699 with… it. I had read about that scam in the past where the dealer says it comes with 5-year guarantee. I am 2500 miles from dealer so worth less to me. They use a cheap spray bottle ceramic coating and even if you come back every year to have it reapplied, they make 90% profit. They stated it was Ceramic pro brand. I called the nearest Ceramic pro shop from the dealer, and they actually laughed. Told me the same thing I read about the scam and this if they actually did my Durango, it would cost $1,700. When does a car dealer lose money? Still, I like the vehicle and put in another offer the next day. I added $400 to the offer if they would remove the ceramic coating charge. I am waiting for hours with no word from dealer and finally Rich the salesman responds to a text and says management has not got back with me either. So, the next day is Saturday, and I am thinking they have someone coming in to look at it and they are just stalling. I hear nothing for 4 days no reply to my messages sent nothing. I look Tuesday and the Vehicle is still posted everywhere, so I use my other email and send a message asking if the vehicle is still available. Well, the Sales Manager send me an email back stating the vehicle is still available and contact him if I need anything. Contact him with the other email and let him know who I was and was still interested in buying the vehicle and wanted to work out a deal. You guessed it no response whatsoever! I mean WTH? Just tell me something. Not this unprofessional group! If you go there my suggestion would be to offer $700 less than you planned on paying to pay for the spray bottle ceramic coat job. The owner must be so proud of this shady group of un professionals.Sales lady Lisa Crawford

by JD2018 on 03/12/2018I recently purchased a CPO Audi from Weeks Pre-owned and could nit be happier. The car is in perfect condition and exactly as represented on their website. My dealer contact throughout was Daniel Putzig who I recommend highly. Not at all a… pushy salesman. Daniel was informed, honest and responsive. I decided to buy here because the car met all my criteria and because Daniel earned my trust. It was the right choice even though I came all the way from Virginia. Looking forward to doing more with this high quality outfit!Wonderful Car Buying Experience!
by debrand on 09/27/2016I have never bought a used car and was super skeptical of doing business with Weeks. They sell certified pre-owned high end vehicles. They were incredibly honest, professional, fair and courteous. I did not sense any condescension as is… typical with women buying cars and the entire staff went out of their way to make me feel that my purchase mattered to them. I dealt with Peter Maloney who spent a lot of time going over the features of my car and reviewing all the documents i was signing. Their prices were super competitive. These guys are pros and I will buy all my future cars from them. And I live 900 miles away in Michigan!Buying a car should not be this much work
by AudiFan48 on 01/30/2014updated 06/02/2025This dealer is a shining example of what gives used car dealers a bad name so watch them like hawks and double-check everything. They give you friendly, prompt service but while doing so, will nickle and dime you at every turn. First, they… will tell you they are able to find you the best financing options but I was able to find a MUCH lower interest rate on my own in less than 5 min. And then then had the audacity to try to convince me to go with the higher quote. Clearly they're getting a kick-back. Second, insist on an itemized invoice. I had to ask 2 different people a total of 5 times and threaten to walk away from the deal to get one. Third, their registration and documentation fees are egregiously high so be sure to ask about them and factor that into your deal. Fourth, double-check all the documentation at closing. Even after confirming the loan terms with me, paperwork showed entirely different terms. And lastly, be sure you're getting all the benefits of your CPO Warranty. The last point on the Audi CPO Warranty states, "Your car is clean and fully fueled." The car had a half a tank of gas. I'll leave it to you to decide whether a dealer who conveniently made so many slips accurately performed the 300+ point inspection and certification process but for me, it was the last straw to a truly miserable experience.
