Rear windshield wiper repair

Taillight repair

Jeffery was there every step of the way and super easy to reach( fast responder). He said he was… going to take care of my car and that’s exactly what he delivered. He provided me with a Lyft to work and got my car in and out at a reasonable time. Exceeded My Expectations

He went above to walk me into the waiting area and he told me about how the process worked and how to reach him if needed. His manager… consistently checked in on me and other customers and provided updates, which really made me feel like a VIP. They completed the work in less than the promised time and Kyle walked me to my truck and summarized things. She provided answers to my questions, was pro-active about some future considerations. She called me when my car was… ready and walked me to my car! I definitely recommend this dealership and Justin Tinajera for anybody’s next car purchase.… Justin was very friendly, honest, always patient, kind and friendly, never pushy during my purchase experience even though I know I drove him crazy with all my problems and questions. He did a wonderful job explaining every single detail of the car I purchased as well was helpful guiding me through the paperwork and purchase process. two mths and my car still does not work
by Charlie on 10/17/2023I don't trust GO Honda service now, been going there since 2007 and never again. They had my car for about two months and it is still broken. They lied about what the insurance would cover and what they would and wouldn't; they did not… even ask. They did not care about me or my vehicle. Even when I picked up my car it still would not start. I do not know how you would think a reasonable person would ever use your services again.
