Exceeded My Expectations

Kyle greeted me promptly, listened and summarized my service needs, and set realistic expectations. He went above to walk me into the waiting area and he told me about how the process worked and how to reach him if needed. His manager consistently checked in on me and other customers and provided updates, which really made me feel like a VIP. They completed the work in less than the promised time and Kyle walked me to my truck and summarized things. Great, personalized service and care!
