    ALaura and Servando were a true pleasure to work with. They were very kind and helpful. They walked us through next steps and gave pointers on getting the most for our dollar. Paul Goldstein was rude to other staff members in front of customers which I am sure made the staff feel some type of negative way and I am sure it was embarrassing. At one point my fiancee seriously asked me were Alaura and paul father and daughter that's how rude and hard on her he was. He attempted to rush me to do this rating to I guess catch me on the high of purchasing a car. Also I have called for my spare key and now he can't return my calls however before the sale was completed I heard from him almost daily.

    Our salesman, David Raines was his name. Was not willing to work around anything Got angry and raised his voice at ..us and suggested we leave of we didnt like what he had to say after being very respectful to him. After our information was ran through the bank he actaully had someone else help us because he seemed ashamed after what he said. I'm very displeased with the service of the volkswagen on colorado st in denver and will openly tell people to avoid this dealership.

    We have been loyal customers for over 25 years. September we purchased a brand new Vehicle from Omeara VW, returned a vehicle and were looking to trade our cuurent Jetta GLI in for a 2018 Atlas. We had an issue with the previous September 2018 Sales transaction. Went in approximately, 11:10am spoke to our Salesman Dave Raines and Sales Manager, Arnold for resolution. Both said, they would handle the issue not to worry about it, they’d take care of it. In the meantime, they’d work up some numbers on the Atlas. I went back about 2:10 to work the numbers on the new vehicle. I had moved on from the “Original Issue!” So, Dave came out with the proposal, we all are going to negotiate a little, that’s part of the whole experience. Arnold came out to further discuss the deal but then asked if he could her the voicemail message from regarding to “issue.” I let him listen to it, he stood up grabbed the paperwork for the New Deal and walked away. Several moments later, Adam, came out to defend their stance an not resolving the issue. Of course, he stuck with contract, signatures of some of our agreement not ALL. His tact, lack of customer service and horrible mannerisms was completely unwarranted!!! To tell a customer to “Shut Up, Not Talk To The Salesmen involved in the initial deal. He “owns” the bookkeeping at that dealership. And his aggressive behavior on your sales flow to a woman was uncalled for! To yell over and over, “I’m Right! I’m Right! 6 inches from my face is not right!!! To the tell me to leave.... My Pleasure!!! I will Never walk through that dealerships doors Ever!!! For Dave to sit back and watch a man yell and belittle a woman is beyond believable! The fact that this behavior occurred is something youball should be ashamed of. I nullifies your Mission Statement if quality customer service! There were customers in the sales room/show room, your other sales personnel and who knows who else witnessing this behavior of your staff. It was demeaning, embarrassing, insulting and 100% uncalled for. If Adam can’t keep a level head and control his temper, you can best believe I am going to write a review! We used to, until yesterday purchase our vehicles from that dealership, have our vehicles serviced there and we were prepared to Lease another vehicle, with a nice down payment. Greed and bullying will not keep your customers! Definitely, lost our business! We will never step foot into Omeara VW. I write this to bring this to your attention and to let the public know how I was treated! There is no resolution I am seeking. I will never recommend your place of business and if anyone ever asks, I will tell them of this interaction. On the plus side, lessons learned!!

    As a single lady undertaking her first car-buying experience, I was a bit apprehensive. However, the entire staff at O'Meara Volkswagen were professional and thorough, and made the transactions go smoothly and comfortably for me. Josh Tarro did an exceptional job, and I greatly appreciate his kindness, honesty, and straight-forward approach. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend going to O'Meara Volkswagen for your next auto purchase.

    Car was sold after I called to verify the vehicle to the time it took me to get there from Littleton. Did not offer to hold for me. When Igot there and found out it was gone, was told their sister dealership(O’Meara Ford) had a similar vehicle to check out. Was not even close! Wasted a lot of time there. Disappointed!

    I have purchased 2 cars from O'MERA VW over the years and have consistently recommended them to family and friends. I have 3 children, 2 in college, and both myself and my husband work. Our son's car broke down in Boulder and we were in need of finding something new for him with minimal investment. I found a car advertised for 3,890 on their website and contacted them for more info. I received a phone call and a text from Josh Tarro within an hour around 1:00 PM which was great. I set up a time to see the car after work at 6:00 PM so both my husband and myself could look at the car. I received an follow up phone call and Voicemail from Justin Chavez confirming my appointment. We arrived at 5:50, and walked in an no one came to help us. At 5:55, I received a reminder email of my appointment, and I was already there NOT being helped. At 6:00, someone finally came to talk to us and said that unfortunately the car we were there to see was sold. I asked why no one contacted me in the few hours between my inquiry, when I had so many people contacting me to confirm my 6:00 appointment, and the sales person, Justin Tinahara, said he didn't know BUT had other cars in "that" price range and he would honor the price with a different, potentially better car. We agreed to look at something else. We test drove another car, told him we would pay cash expecting the price tag to be the 3,890 and then he asked what the other car was advertised at. I told him. He then went to his manager and came back and said he couldn't match THAT price, but could do it for 5,600. I told him that was not what he told us initially and he went back to his manager and "came down" to 4,500. I can't believe how unethical, disrespectful, and deceitful this interaction was. Even though this was a completely small purchase for this big dealership, they have lost the business of my little family of 5, my extended family, co-workers, neighbors and anyone else who ever asks me for car recommendations. AVOID this dealership. COMPLETE waste of time and perpetuates the stigma of slimy car sales.

    I inquired about a car I found on their website and was contacted by "Caleb" after going back and forth he verified the car was still on the lot and set up the appointment for my husband and I to test drive. My husband arrived first to be told the car sold 2 days ago. We were then offered a different car, test drove started the paperwork only to be told by mistake they gave us the wrong price. But they could make it work (3k wrong). When I asked why we were mislead in the first place they stated "cars sell fast". No thanks I'm not interested in giving my business to [non-permissible content removed]. I didn't think I'd get the "used car salesman" treatment at a reputable dealership.

    I don't know how VW allows them to represent their brand. They did not disclose the "add-on's" as part of the sale, but worse, they advertised a much lower price without disclosing that this was the "lease" price. Then sell you on the purchase price which is much different. Secondly the dealer financing "pre-approval" is a joke. they approve anyone over the phone and tell you to come in. Then they finance a deal, make you sign an agreement to pay $75 a day and $.75 a mile for use of the car then yank the financing. They will restructure the financing and charge more for the car while making it look like it's no big deal. Hey, your monthly payment is the same right? Too bad if you look at the deal the total of the money you owe is thousands higher meaning it is harder to pay off the principal of the loan.

    At the end of 2015 I needed to trade in my old Jetta for a newer, more reliable car.  I decided to go to O'Meara Volkswagen and, after upwards of 6 hours to complete the transaction, I drove home in my leased 2016 Tiguan.  During the finance part of the deal, and after much deliberation, I was sold on a Wear Care package.  It was explained to me that, for about $750, Volkswagen would repair up to 10 $1000 items.  Examples were given like: if someone knocks my side mirror off or if the seats get torn.  I knew that insurance would generally cover these issues, but I thought that the $750 would be worth it to avoid dealing with a deductible.Recently I moved to Indiana and tried to use the Wear Care to repair a scratch in the hood.  No one knew what that coverage was, and, more importantly, there is absolutely no systemic record of it even existing.  After many phone calls through many layers of the local Volkswagen crew, nothing came of it.That is when I started trying to get a hold of the folks at O'Meara.  The process to get to talk with anyone was painstaking.  Most people didn't answer their phone, and I was regularly put through to the wrong person, anyway.I originally talked with a guy in finance and a sales manager, both of whom gave me different stories of what the Wear Care was.  Both offered to help in different ways, then never followed through.  Finally, after 4 days of calling a half-dozen times a day, I talked with Adam in finance, who clarified that the Wear Care made it so that, if the car was damaged when I turned it back in at the end of the lease, I would not be charged for those damages.This is drastically different from the product that I was fraudulently sold, so I asked Adam to fully refund the money spent on the product.  That was 4 days ago, and since then I have not been able to get anyone to answer my phone call.  Fortunately, I am a teacher and have the time to persist in this matter during the summer.The sales and finance practices, as well as the customer serve, are some of the worst I have experienced.  I was previously a loyal customer, but after this experience will never buy nor recommend Volkswagen again.  After reading reviews on Yelp, Google, and other sites, it seems that I am far from alone in this opinion.  I also noticed a trend of predominantly female customers who felt as if they were being taken advantage of.  New O'Meara leadership please step up.

    No hassle....straight to the point with numbers. They really want to earn your business! Josh was awesome!! It was great that the dealer gave us a car to use while we were waiting for our car to be delivered!! Thank you Josh for everything!!

    Honest, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. The owner swung by as we were purchasing, shook our hands and chatted a bit. Had a feeling that employees and customers were like family and everyone is treated fairly.

    This place doesn't even deserve one star!! Our experience was terrible! Negotiating a price but being told we can only get that price if we lease the car first and then come back in a few months to finance the vehicle. We thought that was a weird thing but kept getting talked right back into it. Asking to leave to talk things over and using their crapy techniques to keep us there. After hours of negotiating and shaking on a price, when we signed our contract they put $3000 more down on paper!! I will be fileing a complaint with the dealer board. Our car was advertised on their website for less than what they sold the car to us for. I was a returning customer and had referred a friend in the past, who also purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Needless to say I am very upset and will never return for future purchases! You got me for 4 years, but that time goes fast and we are done!

    Made a deal on a car. Credit was ran and approved. On the way to get the car and they call to say they sold it to someone else. now they refuse to remove the inquiry from my credit. This dealer has zero ethics

    Nick has been an exceptional sales associate. He has reached out to not only me, but taken very good care of my friends and family that have gone into O'meara. One of my good friends actually bought a care and was bragging about how much he loves it and how he felt he was taken care of by Nick. I'm very satisfied.

    I came into Omeara Volkswagen after a friend of mine recommended I consider the Jetta. I came in relatively unaware of Volkswage. I met with a salesman named Adam Armenta. He was very calm with me as we went over what I needed and what Volkswagen could offer. After test driving multiple Jetta and Pasats, I decided the Sport model Jetta was the right fit for me. I was concerned at first about the negotiation process. Adam was very clear with the numbers and showed me multiple options to finance options. I'm very happy with how my car buying process went. I would gladly recommend Omeara and Adam.
