Great, No Pressure Experience
by smissyr on 07/03/2025I researched the cars I wanted to test drive prior to going in. Told them what I wanted, they lined them up for me. Great no hassle experience. I told them I would be back on a Monday to purchase and test drive one more time and never… did I receive any pressure to purchase which I appreciated. Probably the shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership. Great process. by LA on 07/03/2025They were not pushy! The facility was clean. It was easy to test drive cars as well. This is the second time we purchased a vehicle from Echo Park. Ask for Victor. Victor was very informative through the entire process. He was so patient… when we through out question after question and he could answer them all. Isiah was our salesperson and he was awesome! No pressure sales at this… place. Isiah was so patient. I drove five different cars and he never bat an eye. Low pressure and no haggling on price
by Morgan on 03/07/2025Anthony was incredibly helpful in our purchase. He has a ton of experience with cars and offered some really good advice. I test drove quite a few options and not once did he get annoyed with me :) He ended up having to leave for dinner… with his wife (awww) so Dominic finished up our paperwork. He was very kind as well and nice to work with. All their employees are on salary and there is no haggling on the car price so it made it a very low pressure setting. They also have a ton of cars in stock. 10/10 recommend checking this dealership out.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience! Essentially "take it or leave it, we know we're screwing you over and could give a crap, so take it or don't but we're here to rip you off even though our fine print says the $699 isn't actually mandatory it's a dealership choice". And what's worse is they aren't even interested in trying to be fair or reasonable or honorable. Put a sign at the front desk that says "everyone will be charged $699 on top of the price of the vehicle (and we have decided a value on and are not open to negotiate)" I suggest you look at BBB there are countless reviews of exactly the same complaints. The manager talked over me and said he just wanted to make sure what… I was told 10 times was clicking… Wasn’t very happy with the closing experience. Was also told I was going to get $20 of gas and my wife hopped in the car with 63 miles left. Overall probably wouldn’t come back. Update January 2025: I can safely say the team did a great job of addressing all issues and concerns i had with my experience. Very please to know that they take customer service seriously.Thank you for bringing this to our attention We value your feedback and always strive for exceptional customer service. Jimmy was so amazing he made my ex-girlfriend want to buy a car from him as well. We were both… extremely happy with the level of honesty and transparency through the whole ordeal.
