Isiah was our salesperson and he was awesome! No pressure sales at this… place. Isiah was so patient. I drove five different cars and he never bat an eye. Low pressure and no haggling on price
by Morgan on 03/07/2025Anthony was incredibly helpful in our purchase. He has a ton of experience with cars and offered some really good advice. I test drove quite a few options and not once did he get annoyed with me :) He ended up having to leave for dinner… with his wife (awww) so Dominic finished up our paperwork. He was very kind as well and nice to work with. All their employees are on salary and there is no haggling on the car price so it made it a very low pressure setting. They also have a ton of cars in stock. 10/10 recommend checking this dealership out.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience! Our agent was pushy and couldn’t answer questions straight away Update February 2025: Be prepared to be told you have no choice but to accept their $699 protection package. Essentially "take it or leave it, we know we're screwing you over and could give a crap, so take it or don't but we're here to rip you off even though our fine print says the $699 isn't actually mandatory it's a dealership choice". And what's worse is they aren't even interested in trying to be fair or reasonable or honorable. Put a sign at the front desk that says "everyone will be charged $699 on top of the price of the vehicle (and we have decided a value on and are not open to negotiate)" I suggest you look at BBB there are countless reviews of exactly the same complaints. The manager talked over me and said he just wanted to make sure what… I was told 10 times was clicking… Wasn’t very happy with the closing experience. Was also told I was going to get $20 of gas and my wife hopped in the car with 63 miles left. Overall probably wouldn’t come back. Update January 2025: I can safely say the team did a great job of addressing all issues and concerns i had with my experience. Very please to know that they take customer service seriously.Thank you for bringing this to our attention We value your feedback and always strive for exceptional customer service. Jimmy was so amazing he made my ex-girlfriend want to buy a car from him as well. We were both… extremely happy with the level of honesty and transparency through the whole ordeal. James was more than well educated in his field he could answer almost every question we had and gave us only the best advice. Bustling but helpful
by ChristyV on 01/04/2025I had a car that I wanted to sell outright, and Echo Park gave me a good offer before I made an appointment to come in. I was expecting the entire process to only take about an hour, but in reality it took just over two. However, it was a… Friday afternoon and the place was packed with customers and employees. I was pleased with the efficiency that they had with the car inspection and offer, but less so with the overall time it took to get my final check. That being said, both Jared, our sales professional, and his manager Rich were great at checking in and communicating updates. I do feel like they kept things moving along as best as they could considering the volume of customers and working with their headquarters to get a check cut. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone either selling their car or looking to buy one. They had a large inventory of vehicles and a well staffed operation to take care of your needs. They also have a lot of seating areas, TVs, Coffee bar and waters along with a play area for kids. They seem to have thought of everything.Thank you for choosing Echo Park for your car selling needs! I had a terrible experience earlier that day with CarMax in Colorado Springs, and he took a pretty terrible day… and turned it around. He went out of his way to make my experience so seamless and simple. It was low pressure, super upfront pricing, and just so easy.
