Dealership Sales Review
Be prepared to be told you have no choice but to accept their $699 protection package. It’s D&H just disguised and poorly packaged. So the gist -you can’t haggle -you can’t object to the mandatory package -you have to accept the vehicle as is regardless of condition. Sounds like the perfect arrangement if you’re a car dealership and not a customer. Our agent was pushy and couldn’t answer questions straight away Update February 2025: Be prepared to be told you have no choice but to accept their $699 protection package. It’s D&H just disguised and poorly packaged. So the gist -you can’t haggle -you can’t object to the mandatory package -you have to accept the vehicle as is regardless of condition. Sounds like the perfect arrangement if you’re a car dealership and not a customer. Our agent was pushy and couldn’t answer questions straight away and acted so arrogant. Essentially "take it or leave it, we know we're screwing you over and could give a crap, so take it or don't but we're here to rip you off even though our fine print says the $699 isn't actually mandatory it's a dealership choice". And what's worse is they aren't even interested in trying to be fair or reasonable or honorable. Put a sign at the front desk that says "everyone will be charged $699 on top of the price of the vehicle (and we have decided a value on and are not open to negotiate)" I suggest you look at BBB there are countless reviews of exactly the same complaints. Read them, be informed!
