    They are all about touting their "no questions asked, 500 mile/5 day" return policy, but just try doing it and they treat you like crap. What took 30 mins when I bought the car (swapping tires between cars) took over two hours to swap back, when I took the car back. Little things like the cigarette lighter didn't work, which may not seem like a big deal, unless of course you want to charge your phone while driving...and the salesman says "it's not on the multipoint checklist they do on cars and it's not that big of a deal" is a deal breaker, as it's the little things that cascade into bigger unseen defects. What else did they overlook and/or hide/not fix, because "it's not that big of a deal"?

    oil change, rotate tires and fix a tire with nail in it done in a timely manner. Service tech kept me aware of what was going on.

    Like them, good work but. Every time I called service I got VM. I am at work so when they called me back I was on the phone. Finally we connected and I made the appointment but they lost record of it and had to scramble when I got there. They recovered and got the work done (in 45 minutes) simply programing a new key transmitter. 200 is too much for this.

    Torn in my review; but ultimately will give autonation 4 stars based on the service I received from the Technician Matt, he definitely took care of me. Dan was a great salesman and joseph P. got me a really good rate. I was ultimately very upset that my Bmw was back in the shop after a week of driving it but matt did all in his power to get me a loaner since Schomp bmw failed to provide us one. Thanks Matt!

    I felt like I was their most important customer. Cindy, the service agent, was fair and honest and a good problem solver. A possible $2,000 bill was only $59.00!

    Terrible experience. Waited almost two weeks for a used car I purchased. No communication. They forgot to put it in the shop to fix what we agreed upon, no apologies and no follow up not even when I asked for conformation that the deal was cancelled per their 3 day guarantee. Hope they don't treat others the way I was treated.

  • Bad customer service

    Basically the service department at this location is awful. They will keep you on hold for unnecessarily long periods of time without checking in on you (I only called to check the status of my car). They hard sell the repairs (I get it, I just don't make that much). And then if you come back with questions later, they treat you like you're stupid. I will never go to this location again, and I hope no one else does either.

    Our salesman Jason was very personable and knowledgeable. Though he has more than likely sold hundreds of cars he made us feel like we were his only customers. He was very knowledgeable about the car we we bought and took the time to show us every detail. We are thrilled with our new Buick Encore and would recommend anyone looking for a car to shop Auto Nation Buick at Park Meadows.

    We were able to look at several Sierra 1500 trucks without high pressure or sales staff hovering over us. Michael Malone worked diligently on our purchase of a 2015 when a deal on a 2014 did not materialize.

    I was just driving by and noticed a Yukon Denali that was in my price range. Pulled in, and unlike most dealers that have "lurking salesmen" I was quite pleased to look at the rig without having Egor lurching around asking me what I was looking for and telling me what a wonderful used car this was. I eventually went up to the main building to ask for a salesman. Before I was able to ask the sales manager introduced himself. He offered me water and said that a salesmen would be available soon. I looked the truck over more and decided to come back with my wife later, informed Lisa G. that I would be back in a while. She was very helpful but not pushy at all. My wife and I came back that evening and Lisa was busy with another client and a very nice young man Eugene W helped us. We bought the truck and have been very pleased with the follow ups and they have us three free oil changes and after a week they said bring the truck back in for a complimentary once over. Never have I purchased a used vehicle and had such service!!!! I will recommend all my friends to this dealership hands down!!!

    I had been searching the inter-net and stopping by dealers for about 2 months looking for a used mid size SUV. I keep coming back to GO Buick on the inter-net as they listed the vehicle I wanted, but was apprehensive as my parents did not have a good luck with another GO dealership. They took advantage of senior citizens. The first time I called, the vehicle was sold. My second contact with GO Buick was at the sale at the Pepsi Center and I was not impressed. They had listed the same type vehicle on the net, I called and was told it was at the Pepsi Center, but when I got there, it was gone. Two weeks later they had another vehicle on the net with the same description as the earlier two I was interested in (a 2004) but by the time I got there after work, it was sold. As walking out, I told the salesman when he put the maroon one (a 2006) on sale, let me know even though I knew it was more than I could afford. He said it was, but I knew it was beyond my means. Working with the salesman, the tower and finance, I got my vehicle. More vehicle than I expected, almost double the trade-in and paid what I less than I would have paid for the 2004. My wife and I are completely satisfied.

    We were told by Two different sales people and one sales manager that the Pontiac G5 were were looking at qualified for 0% for 72 months. Then we started the paperwork and the story changed. FIRST it was that the car didn't qualify for 72 months, but 60. Ok, we can live with that. But then the salesman had the audacity to come back and tell us that in fact, the car didn't qualify for 0%. It's not that we didn't qualify (in fact, we know our score and iwe more than qualified) but, that the car three different representatives told us qualified for 0% did not! Of course, we could get the car at 5.9% Very dishonest. [violative content deleted].

    I just bought a 2008 GMC Acadia from GO GMC and I have to say the experience was better than expected. I sent out an internet inquiry (which I bet they get hundreds a week) and while other dealerships (Medved in particular) kept calling my cell phone leaving msgs almost every day, I only received one call from Dave Henson at GO GMC. I had indicated in my inquiry exactly what I was looking for and that I wanted a first pass price quote sent to me (I was checking to see who would "start" at a fair point) and the only one who complied with my request was Dave at GO GMC. We talked but did most of our discussions via email (some may not like that, but I wanted a trail). His first online price quote was fair and he was not pushy to any degree. He waited for me to engage him (after my research was done) and he never pressured me on coming in to make a deal. All in all, I would definitely go back and do business with them.
