onScheduled an appointment for an electrical issue on a 2018 Buick Tourx. Appointments were booking twenty days out. Since the car is still under warranty, really had no choice but to book an appointment with them. Once I had my appointment, and after having my car for three days, they replaced the battery. Yes, it took a Buick dealership three days to replace a battery.
