Oil change

Service was competitively priced and included an emailed video of the entire undercarriage to show that there were no leaks or other problems detected. Nice touch. Service on my 2019 Acadia
by Jack in Colo on 02/10/2023Master cylinder, brake assist failure. HVAC control unit problem with backlit buttons. Broken sun roof slide latch. Initial review with service advisor didn't identify Vehicle Protection Plan coverage. After getting estimate to repair… everything I reviewed my Protection Plan I discovered all work should be covered. Service advisor then contacted Plan Administrator and all was covered. Picked up vehicle and discovered HVAC control unit wasn't replaced. I had to bring the vehicle back to Autonation to complete the work. Also wiper blades were supposed to be replaced but tech evidently forgot. Service advisor comped the blades and got installed when I initially picked up the vehicle. When the vehicle is running well I like it but I have had several significant part failures since I purchased the vehicle. I'm concerned about taking the vehicle on the road given the issues I have had. When I purchased the vehicle the finance person sold me the Vehicle Protection Plan as covering the "electronics" associated with the dash. My fault I didn't read the details of the plan which turns out to be a very comprehensive Protection Plan. April 2022 while travelling I got an error message on the dash board advising me to shift into "Park" and when I shut off the car an alarm sounded. Vehicle was in "Park". We were in Columbia MO and I contacted Bob McCosh GMC to resolve. Bob McCosh GMC was great getting my car diagnosed that same afternoon and getting us back on the road. The vehicle was 3 days out of the 36 month warranty. Bob McCosh GMC went over and above to contact GMC and got the repair covered with a $25 copay. After returning to Colorado I took the vehicle thru a car wash with an undercarriage wash. Immediately I encountered multiple error messages: 1. Parking brake needs service, 2. Steering assist may be reduced, 3. Engine power may be reduced. Steering assist didn't seem affected but engine power was reduced for brief period. I took the vehicle into AutoNation Park Meadows and they found code P2138 for the accelerator pedal and replaced with a charge to me of $584.76 but I advised the service advisor of my Vehicle Protection Plan and she only charged me the $100 deductible. Upon running thru the carwash again I encountered the same issues. Returned the vehicle to AutoNation Park Meadows and the couldn't recreate the problem. I suspect something associated with the repair and Bob McCosh GMC was the problem but I can't verify that. I now don't allow the undercarriage wash to spray the undercarriage. Not Satisfied

Since the car is still under warranty, really had no choice but to book an appointment with them. Once I had my appointment,… and after having my car for three days, they replaced the battery. Used Car Purchase and Sell
by TGGreek on 09/09/2020We sold our Tahoe to this dealership for a good price. Vlad called us immediately after submitting a cash offer. He was friendly and courteous. We then found a used vehicle at this same dealership. The price was good. We waited for an… hour for finance before we finally left and came back the next day. To be fair, it was the last weekend of the month so the dealership was busy and Vlad did tell us there was only two finance folks working. It seems to us that communication between departments is lacking and due to being short staffed, small things are overlooked. When we received the car back after being detailed, the seats were still wet. There was a loose part in the undercarriage that eventually fell off. It looked like the part that was supposed to be replaced. The dealership did say an undercarriage part was replaced. i would have appreciated if the dealer had said hey we found another piece that was loose and this is what it will cost to fix it. This would have gone a long way for me. Vlad I would recommend as he did the best with what he had. I would not recommend this dealership as it seems there were many simple items that were overlooked. Much of the staff was very friendly. This dealership could be very good if they hire more staff. The indirect cost of not hiring more staff is frustrated customers. I'm still waiting to be contacted by the windshield company to replace the windsheild. Not a huge deal, but hopefully they will contact me.Dishonest
by Jwilson on 06/30/2020We were constantly lied to. They advertised the vehicle on AutoNation but would not ship the vehicle to the store local to me. I had to fly to Colorado to buy it. When I arrived they switched the credit agreement making me the Co buyer.… They did this to entice us to use the bank of their choosing so they could make more money even though we could have gotten a better rate with Capital One. The whole buying process was extremely dishonest on their part. I would never recommend them and I am in the process of contacting the local news stations of these tactics.New Car Purchase

Lost my codes lock nut

Now they want me to drive 35 miles back to “find it!!” Not cool.We regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us.
