onLarry, the service writer, was excellent! He maintained contact with me and kept me updated, along with being very pleasant and understanding! The problem was that I was notified that the recall parts were finally on hand and I should make an appointment! They were not and my car was in the dealership for two days before I picked it up, not repaired, and took it home. It was another week before the parts were finally available and the repair completed.
