    they did a synthetic oil change and tire rotation and everything went great and service tech that set me up was awesome. in and out in less than 2 hours ona Saturday morning.

    I live on the east coast and purchased a vehicle online from AutoNation Littleton, CO. I had a great experience and it was easier than I thought. The dealership sent closing docs to an AutoNation near me and in less then 5 minutes, I was done. AutoNation coordinated the shipping even. Highly recommend.

    Drove from Aurora to have my vehicle serviced. I’ve been to at least four different dealerships in my 12 years living in the Denver area not much to say about any of them, but AutoNation impressed me in a very positive way. They are now my go to dealership.

    We really had a Great Salesperson to help us make a decision by letting us do a test drive. The sales person was very comfortable to work with, not pushy to make a quick sale. He gave us options with another vehicle with more miles. We were able to get the vehicle within our budget, thanks to the many options to choose from. We had questions after we bought the vehicle and he answered our questions on his day off. We really like our New Ford Escape Active, it has plenty of power and room to be comfortable while driving. Thanks Auto Nation !!!

    My experience at Autonation buying my Ford Bronco, was great overall! From holding it overnight so my son could inspect it, to delivery. However, during our second test drive in 4” of snow on Saturday morning, the car did skid and slide substantially, indicating tire traction was not optimal. Considering that I live in the mountains on a steep hill, I wish my attempt at negotiating new tires had been better received and successful. Unfortunately, their offer of tires at cost was approximately 30% higher than the retail price at other tire centers. Besides that, I love my Bronco!

    Autonation Littleton was the only dealer I contacted that actually had access to Transit vans. It took about a month to get the van I wanted but that time was the shortest I could find. They also added heated seats and got it shipped to me for a reasonable price since I live over 100 miles away from the dealership. There was not much bargaining to be had, but I ended up paying sticker price plus standard delivery and handling charges. I guess my only real complaint other than the crazy amount that all manufacturers charge for vans these days is that it arrived without anyone doing any detailing. There was white writing all over the windows, the factory sticker was still glued to the windshield and there was trash inside the vehicle including cashews in the cupholders. It would have been nice to be able to drive the new vehicle I paid a lot of money for without needing to scrape and clean the windows first. They did send me a branded tin of cookies and a couple branded coffee mugs though.

    Well I really enjoyed working with this company but the delivery service is a joke.. can't understand the people and the guy dropped the rear end of my truck off the trailer without using the ramps and now my tire pressure sensor light is on and the company won't fix the problem and i didn't even know it happened until i signed the paperwork so they need better drivers other than that. I'd use them again

    on Tues 11-28 I went to AutoNation to make an appointment to have 3 recall items done and requested they analyze the truck as to why periodically it will sudden lock up and not move when in reverse. I informed them as to the recall notices that I had received. AutoNation service personal arranged for a service appoint for a week later on Dec 5 9:00. I brought the truck to the service bay and was informed they had no one at the dealership that could analyze the reverse problem, saying no one there was capable of running the analytical computer. Also that they could not do the recall for the parking lamp flicker because they needed to order the part, even thought they had two of the parts in inventory. Said it would take two days for the part to come in and that they would order it and let me know when it came in- its been almost two weeks and still haven't heard from them even after calling and e-mailing the service dept rep. They did however perform two other recall items and change the oil - Upon picking the truck up I was informed that the oil change was covered by a service agreement. I thought that was nice but why did no one let me know that when I had last brought the truck in for an oil change and I wasn't to be charged for the oil change. It doesn't sound like this dealership has a viable service dept to do simple maintenance.

    Bryan was really nice and helpful. He did a really great job as my service advisor. Only negative feedback I have (which applies to all Ford dealerships service departments) is always trying to upsell you instead of recommending just what is needed.

  • Finance department tries to rip off veterans

    Finance department employee said he likes to help out his military customers and offered me an oil change package at $119 per oil change while their website has them for $75. He also said he would offer me a Ford manufacturer extended warranty “at cost” which was $1,900 even though the exact same warranty can be purchased elsewhere for $900. Apparently his idea of helping out service members is getting them to think they are getting a good deal when they are really getting taken for an extra $1,000.

    I took my F150 for service and was promised a call within 2 days. After 4 days of radio silence, I attempted to call the dealership 4 times and nobody returned my call. I was ignored for 5 days and only got in touch with my service manager because I called the regular line (instead of the number he provided on his business card) and he picked up that line. 30 mn after picking up my vehicle (10 days later!), I noticed my truck had been broken into while sitting at the dealership and Ford Auto Nation refused to pay for the damages ($1900). There was no return call from the service manager when I called him right after noticing the break in (the alarm was disconnected, the door handle damaged, etc...). Once again he ignored me. The General Manager Mark Perry also ignored me and only called me because I left a complaint with the BBB. There was no empathy, no apology for the attempted theft of my vehicle and the resulting damage. He mentioned the dealership was in the process of upgrading their security, which means he was aware there was a problem. I didn't want to return to Ford Auto Nation and experience more delays and potentially more break-ins, so I took my vehicle to another dealer to have the door and alarm system fixed. That dealer also mentioned Auto Nation had not performed my oil change as they claimed and charged me for. Other reviews indicate they have a history of not performing service they charge their customers for. Bottomline: they don't care about their customers, about their customers' vehicles and their safety and that attitude comes from the top, permeating this negative leadership through every layer Auto Nation's service department. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!!

    I took my vehicle to AutoNation Littleton for a service that was indicated on my message center. Vehicle overheating. While there I also requested a oil change and tire rotation and all fluids checked. The first service representative said that they were backed up and it would take several days before it would be ready. I have a Ford warranty on the vehicle and a rental vehicle would be covered. I made an appointment for my service, that was two weeks away. But I was satisfied because I have the rental. The service representative called me the next day and said it was the waters pump and oil leak. He would have to get back to me to see if my warranty covered this. But I should know that they are still running behind. So I felt no problem because I had the rental vehicle and as long as that was covered. Eighteen days later I have not heard from anyone so I decided to call and find out what was going on with my vehicle. I called and asked for the service representative and after a brief hold another representative answered my call. His name was Ethan Caine. Ethan explained to me the original representative quit and he was just assigned my vehicle. He explained that he would look into everything that happened and should have been handled. He would get back to me as soon as possible. It was late Friday afternoon when I called and I knew he wouldn’t be getting back to me that day. But on Tuesday morning he called and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. He was so apologetic for everything that happened. He even took care of my oil change. I wish I would’ve gotten him first. Very informative about what was covered under warranty (which was everything but oil change). Just super helpful polite and informative. He’s politeness felt like I was in the south again with yes mame and no mame answers. I would recommend AutoNation if they could get Ethan as their service representative. I will only go back for service if I get him as my representative. He said he’s going no where. I just moved here from Florida. I found AutoNation as the closest dealership. This the second time I have been to AutoNation Littleton for service on my 2014 Focus. The first time was a problem to with the price. The service manager was able to help me with that. But I have taken good care of my vehicle and use the dealership for my services. I will be back again when needed. They say the third time is a charm! I hope so!
