Dealership Service Review
I took my F150 for service and was promised a call within 2 days. After 4 days of radio silence, I attempted to call the dealership 4 times and nobody returned my call. I was ignored for 5 days and only got in touch with my service manager because I called the regular line (instead of the number he provided on his business card) and he picked up that line. 30 mn after picking up my vehicle (10 days later!), I noticed my truck had been broken into while sitting at the dealership and Ford Auto Nation refused to pay for the damages ($1900). There was no return call from the service manager when I called him right after noticing the break in (the alarm was disconnected, the door handle damaged, etc...). Once again he ignored me. The General Manager Mark Perry also ignored me and only called me because I left a complaint with the BBB. There was no empathy, no apology for the attempted theft of my vehicle and the resulting damage. He mentioned the dealership was in the process of upgrading their security, which means he was aware there was a problem. I didn't want to return to Ford Auto Nation and experience more delays and potentially more break-ins, so I took my vehicle to another dealer to have the door and alarm system fixed. That dealer also mentioned Auto Nation had not performed my oil change as they claimed and charged me for. Other reviews indicate they have a history of not performing service they charge their customers for. Bottomline: they don't care about their customers, about their customers' vehicles and their safety and that attitude comes from the top, permeating this negative leadership through every layer Auto Nation's service department. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!!!
