2019 Ram 2500 Service

onI went in to get a few things checked on my 2019 Ram 2500 because there was a few concerns regarding the differential and possibly the transmission. The problems are definitely still there and now the shifting is laggy. The tech informed me that the truck had a couple of recalls and once updated that all of my problems would be solved. I had to wait a while to get it in for my problems not to have been addressed. Then when I picked up my truck it was unlocked and nothing was really communicated with me as to what was done.
