Oil change service appointment

onI arrived on time; waited over 5-6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, longer to be helped. I was told it would be an hour to an hour & a half wait. Yes, I had an appointment. Yes, they knew I was having to wait. When it had been an hour and forty minutes, I walked out to the service area and asked how much longer, as no one had come out to update me at all. As soon as I no longer have the Wave program on my Jeep, I will gladly NO longer be going to this dealer.
