Stay Away From Their Finance Department
by Maksim T on 08/15/2025Bought an Audi here, and the finance manager was the least helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. No flexibility, no customer care, and definitely no respect. Even basic repair assistance or a gesture of good faith was… flat-out ignored. Once your signature is on the paper, they’ll treat you like you no longer matter. A complete letdown from someone representing a premium brand. Watch out.
Greedy and untrustworthy
by JC on 03/02/2023Found an incoming Audi Q3 Turbo blue coming to this dealership. I paid the e-deposit yesterday. But the first thing they did was asked me to cancel my deposit and more than double it! I will not deal with shady people like this. I would… give them zero stars. Not going to deal with untrustworthy people. I asked them to do a dealer trade to another Audi, but they won't, so not only will I NOT buy this car. I will NOT BUY AN AUDI. If you're looking for an Audi in Colorado, try Audi Flatirons@Aaron Buniger, I never called anyone names that claim is a full-on lie, but that doesn't surprise me. This experience and your response prove my better judgement. Did not feel comfortable doing busy with your dealership after I was told to cancel the deposit and do a new one with you. Asked you to transfer you declined. I canceled my deposit and will never do business with Audi of Denver

Worth the trip down from Vail

I have an air vent issue and the replacement under warranty was denied. $400 part required, but appears the part is easily broken. Sad since the car… is so expensive and Audi is adding cheap parts and asking good money for the repair.Sales

12 month maintenance/Snow tire change

We strive to deliver a transparent experience and 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time, and your statements are disappointing, but unfortunately, not accurate. We have a $2,500 deposit process at our dealership, and you found this Q3 on the audiusa.com website. The website offers a $1,000 e-deposit to hold the vehicle while you work out details with the dealership. We did share that we have a different deposit amount but would honor the $1,000 e-deposit, at which point you called us names. It is a deposit and no matter the amount, it is either applied to your purchase or returned to you. We keep none of the deposit and make no changes to the purchase price you pay.
