Stanley was awesome

Despite an incident with a bad spark plug the technician could not have foreseen, the service was great. Stanley did a fantastic job address the issue immediately and provided awesome customer service in taking care of the problem as it arose. Things don't always go perfectly but how we react is what's most important. Stanley is awesome and I love working with him.
