I'm highly impressed with the service process. 1. Scheduling was easy 2. Check-In (including car loaner) was streamlined and quite expedited. The assigned Service Rep was highly professional. 3. Status is provided via text 4. Checkout was conducted in a timely manner. Overall, the process is very user friendly, factoring in promptness along with professionalism from the Service Staff.
