He was a great listener and was very easy to talk to. He made sure all our needs are met and questions… answered. At the end of the day we felt like we had a great deal on the vehicle we bought. Once we seen and… test drove the vehicle we loved it. Chad and the finance team went above and beyond to make sure they got us into a payment we were comfortable with and making the sale possible. by mrsprivette on 07/16/2015My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We drove from out of state to purchase a used Infiniti QX56 and could not be happier that we did. We dealt with Chad McCaffrey beforehand who handled the online sale… beautifully. He was quick to respond, extremely friendly, and most importantly HONEST. He cut right to the chase with a fair price, was completely open about some pre-existing (very minor) cosmetic damage on the vehicle, immediately offered to have everything fixed, addressed every concern we had before coming out, then when we arrived, made every accommodation to make the vehicle EXACTLY what we wanted before driving it off the lot. I mean it was perfect. We felt like we drove away with a brand new vehicle, even though it had been pre-owned. The most impressive thing about our experience here is that they self-diagnosed issues and went right to work fixing them before we even had a chance to know something was wrong or ask if they would cover the work. AMAZING! This dealership, and especially Chad, bent over backwards to make us happy. You can guarantee we will be back next time we need to purchase a vehicle. He spent days and hours test driving multiple vehicles helping me trying to pick the best option for me. Once we found the right choice, I was in and… out within a couple of hours dealing with my trade in. by led4 on 06/06/2015I work as a cop in Minnesota. Therefore I'm skeptical of people and making deals over the internet. I believe that at least 30% of the positive reviews online are written by ghost writers in an effort to drum up business. Well, this is a… VERY POSITIVE REVIEW and I'm not a ghost writer. I was looking to buy an used Infiniti G37x coupe, but because I'm a big guy I tried out a BMW 335i xDrive Coupe from a local BMW dealer in Minnesota. Great car but too expensive and too many miles. So I started searching the internet and went to all the sites, Cargurus, Ebay, Edmunds Auto Traders, heck I even looked at Craigslist. One late night I came across a 2010 BMW 335i Xdrive Coupe being sold at Mike Ward Infiniti in Colorado. The car had a clean title, was under 50,000 miles, one owner and a Carfax report that I could click on and read without having to pay an extra $10...and it had a light colored leather interior, so far so good. I then read all the positive reviews about Mike Ward and his internet guy Antonio...but being skeptic I discounted 30% of what I read. Anyway, around 0200hrs I sent an email to Antonio Aguilar, internet sale manager and then went to sleep. Next morning I got a email from Antonio, so I called the main office number and lo and behold...I got a human being who directed my call right to Antonio. None of this crap of please hold, dial #1, for this, dial #2 for that. It was a nice lady who transferred me directly to Antonio's cell...and he answered his phone. I was impressed because I like talking directly to someone and not a robot. I told Antonio what car I had been looking at and he was well prepared and knowledgeable about the BMW. He answered all my questions and sent me all of the service records that their mechanics had performed on the car. I had my mechanic look it over and it passed his test with flying colors. So now I'm prepared to buy the car but I saw that another dealer, in a totally different city had the same car for sale, but for about $900 less. I gave them a call and got, you guessed it. The robot; "to reach our sales department press #1, service #2...ect." I finally reached the internet sales guy's office and got...voice mail. Meanwhile, Antonio sent me some more pictures of the car and confirmed that the interior was the color I wanted. Then he went the extra mile. He told me that if I decided to fly into Denver to buy the car, I would have to travel quite a distance from the airport to get to the dealership. He told me that a cab ride would cost about $150, so he volunteered to either pick me up at the hotel or have a techie come get me. SOLD. It was that simple. I no longer was skeptical of Antonio or Mike Ward. I trusted Antonio to deliver and he did. I flew into Denver, stayed at the Marriott and got picked up by a techie. On the way to the dealership, the techie told me how much he liked working for Mike Ward, and that he goes fishing on his lunch break by the pond near the garage. That made a big impression on me. Finally I meet Antonio, he's a young fella, great personality and family man. He took me to where the car was and I noticed a few swirls on the door. Without batting an eye, Antonio got a body guy to come over and buff the swirls out. Heck I was so impressed I signed all the papers and gave Antonio a check BEFORE I test drove the car. LOL So that's my story. I drove back to Minnesota with my 335i Xdrive twin turbo coupe. It was a fun but long drive home. Here's the bottom line: If your looking to buy a car, new or used check out Antonio Aguilar at Mike Ward Infiniti. I trust him and the dealership. Antonio gets 10 Stars from me.
