My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We drove from out of state to purchase a used Infiniti QX56 and could not be happier that we did. We dealt with Chad McCaffrey beforehand who handled the online sale beautifully. He was quick to respond, extremely friendly, and most importantly HONEST. He cut right to the chase with a fair price, was completely open about some pre-existing (very minor) cosmetic damage on the vehicle, immediately offered to have everything fixed, addressed every concern we had before coming out, then when we arrived, made every accommodation to make the vehicle EXACTLY what we wanted before driving it off the lot. I mean it was perfect. We felt like we drove away with a brand new vehicle, even though it had been pre-owned. The most impressive thing about our experience here is that they self-diagnosed issues and went right to work fixing them before we even had a chance to know something was wrong or ask if they would cover the work. AMAZING! This dealership, and especially Chad, bent over backwards to make us happy. You can guarantee we will be back next time we need to purchase a vehicle. My husband is now in the market for a truck and commented after our experience here that he wished Infiniti sold trucks so he could buy from this dealership again.
