When I saw the price of a new Accord or Camry, I thought I would also look at more upscale cars such as the Nissan Maxima or Toyota Avalon that were 2-3 years old. I went to Mike Ward… Infiniti to look at a used 2013 Avalon, and it had been sold. Tom Von Bank, my sales consultant, asked if I had considered an Infiniti, which I had not, because I did not know much about the car line. Tom suggested I take an Infiniti for a test drive, if I had the time. Tom told me about Mike Ward’s history, and the Infiniti cars. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Tom probably spent an hour and a half to two hours with me, knowing I was not looking at the Infiniti line. Tom suggested I take the “M” for a drive. Wow! Luxurious, fast, great handling and still comfortable. I went home and researched the Infiniti line. I have always admired the G35/37 sedans at the car shows, and decided I would test drive one of those before purchasing anything. The “M” was definitely a possibility. I identified 5 possible G37s online that I wanted to look at. A lovely dark blue G37 with grey interior was my #1 choice. When I arrived at the dealership, I again, found out that this car had just been sold. Only 3 of the 5 stock numbers I considered as possibilities were in the used lot! Had I arrived when they opened, I might be driving a blue G37, not the silver one I bought. This dealership is busy; it’s flooded with customers. If you see something you’re interested in, especially used, I suggest you get down there. Don’t arrive at 2 pm on Saturday, which is what I did. I work in fleet maintenance, and my responsibilities are for process and documentation improvement. As we were going through the buying process, I saw Mike Ward’s employees using checklists. I was an aircraft mechanic, and I love checklists. Checklists prevent mistakes from happening, and ensure consistency and quality. I would be willing to bet that Mike Ward has 97-99% of their transactions go through flawlessly. The quality of customer service that Mike Ward Infiniti provides is impeccable. I fell in love with the G37 in the first mile of driving it. I can't express how ecstatic I am with the G37. It’s just such a sweet car! I think Infiniti hit a perfect balance between sports car stiff while still having a compliant ride. Tom told me the G37 was more “athletic”. I believe that is a understated. I would consider it a 370Z with adult sized seats. It’s just incredible. More sports car than luxury car. Mike Ward Infiniti and Tom Von Bank provide a no-pressure sales environment. If you’re in the market for a premium car, I strongly recommend you at least investigate the Infiniti line. Mike Ward’s team provides exceptional service, and I would tell anyone I know to give them the opportunity to turn you into a customer.Used Car from Bob Marnick and Billy Roskosh

I must say, Antonio, Chad and everyone at Mike Ward Infiniti made it the easiest car purchase I've… ever done. Gave me the car for a 30 minute test drive, and when I got back, we agreed on a terrific price and the deal was done. This was of course subject to my mechanic's inspection. I was out of there with my new (used) car in about 30 minutes. The inspection by my mechanic was clean with no issues. Thanks guys! Great experience!Great Experience

I met with him the next day, and it was honestly the best car buying experience. The dealership feels… like a luxury hotel with a fireplace, lounges, free wifi, and a massage chair. The best part about my experience though was doing business with Chad. He has a genuine personality that is ideal for building relationships with clients and managing them through maturity. He demonstrates professionalism in everything he does. Not once did I feel pressured or like someone was reading a sales book out loud to me. (I did experience this at other dealerships and there is no better way to put a bad taste in someone's mouth.) It is obvious that Chad's skills are well rounded in every area and he is well respected/liked by clients and co-workers alike. He is hard-working and got the job done while showing great dedication and creativity. I highly recommend working with Chad, and I'd also like to salute him for his service to our beautiful country.Very good experience

As I was looking I was approached by Michael Minuti, a sales rep with Mike Ward Infiniti. Michael was at no time pushy, but at the… same time was extremely informative. He had a short conversation with a used car manager, and the next thing you know I had multiple options that met the criteria I had discussed with him. Michael, the used car manager, and Finance manager all made me feel extremely comfortable. Enough so that I left that day having traded in my old car and purchased a very nice Q50. I highly recommend Mike Ward Infiniti. I suggest you ask for Michael Minuti.Great new car experience

I found the car I wanted through the USAA website, contacted Antonio Aguilar, who immediately responded to my request, and who provided all… the information that I needed to make a decision. I was looking at another dealer as well, but Mike Ward Infiniti's website and Antonio's service were head and shoulders above the other dealership. But, it didn't stop there. Antonio introduced me to Pat Corbett who efficiently and professionally handled all of my finance needs. He acquired an amazingly low interest rate for me and helped me pay off my current vehicle. They put me in contact with a transport service that could deliver my car (from Colorado to Tennessee) and I am now in Q60 heaven! What a car!! by dcasaquite on 01/17/2016I purchased a hard-to-find BMW 540i 6-Speed from Chad McCaffrey at Mike Ward Infiniti on 1/16/16. I worked with Chad for about a week and a half to coordinate a cross country purchase and return drive. I must say that Chad and the rest of… the management staff at Mike Ward went way above my expectations to make sure I had a good purchasing experience. As they were not 100% familiar with this make, they actually worked with a BMW specialist to make sure the car was in appropriate shape to make a cross country drive (keep in mind that the car only existed to me on the Internet at this point). Chad cared enough to bring the car to the specialist himself. By the time I flew into Denver, all I had to do was write a check, sign some papers, and drive away in my pristine example of a beautifully clean and mechanically sound car. I spent years searching for a car with these features, in this condition, and Chad and team made it a wonderful buying experience. I am happy to say that I made a drama free return trip home with complete confidence in a 14-year-old BMW (now THAT is rare). I highly recommend working with Chad at Mike Ward on your next Infiniti and/or used car purchase!Great Experience

Also, Mike Ward is the only dealership I've ever worked with… that has made me aware of known mechanical issues with the used cars I was purchasing. They could have easily left them out and pushed the price of fixing them down the road on me. I admire that kind of integrity and will go back again and again. Thanks Bob!best car buying experience!

Our purchase experience was nothing like the "usual" car buying experience.
