Great Dealership!
by Brent on 11/29/2023I bought a used Corolla at this dealership. When I got the vehicle home I noticed some minor blemishes in the trim and paint that went unnoticed during the buying process. I took it back to the dealership and showed them the issues. Hayden… worked with me to get his PDR guys to work on the paint and replace the trim without any argument. The PDR guys did great work and my dissatisfaction has been turned around and I am now a happy customer. They are an honest and good dealership to work with. Additionally, I like the low pressure sales and no haggle policy they have when buying a used vehicle. A fumble at every turn
by pflamer on 04/11/2023Wow I don’t even know where to start. What should have been one of the easiest and painless transactions to well qualified buyer was anything but easy. I found this vehicle on an internet search after looking for a few weeks. I knew what… I wanted and given the current market for availability of vehicles it was a fair deal. I was still hoping to be able to negotiate something. I was told NO from the get go from Carly my sales person repeatedly. NO we don’t negotiate our pricing. That’s an @autonation policy. No we can’t reduce our exorbitant $699 “dealer handling fee” another @autonation policy. No you can’t use your credit union to finance your vehicle, you have to use our lender and pay 6% more in interest than you are already pre-qualified for. We are going to pull your credit multiple times to eventually get an approval with a bank that will approve the loan amount that exceeds the value of the vehicle we are selling you. I then tried to add my trade in that their website said was valued at $53k to which they offered $45k. That’s just an estimate they said. I ended up selling my trade in for $61K locally. When we agreed on terms it took them almost a week to get me actual docs to sign that they requested I sign at a local Auto Nation dealership. The docs were missing pages so 3 more days of FedEx packages back and fourth. I had a 10 day out of the country trip planned for the following week so by the time they finally released the vehicle to the shipper I was out of the country and wouldn’t see the vehicle for almost 3 weeks after our first negotiations. I had to arrange for my neighbor to accept delivery and it sat in my garage until my return. So when I finally got to see the vehicle it had been delivered filthy out side and dirty inside with dog hair stuck to the carpet and with only a 1/4 tank of fuel. It also didn’t even have a temp registration tag so I could drive it. When I text Carly to ask about the status of my registration this was her response “ We are corporate, with over 320 dealerships. That type of thing is handled way above anyone I am in contact with. I would suggest calling the store and asking to speak with Hayden, our GM”. Really??!? Maybe the GM doesn’t have anything better to do than track down vehicle registrations. How about you provide good customer service and find out for me!?. I did reach out to the title dept at the dealership and no one answers those phones or returns phone calls it seems. I’ve left messages with no response. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have a copy of the paperwork I signed. I’ve asked numerous times for that from the finance dept to no avail. Maybe it’s @Autonations policy to deliver dirty vehicles with low fuel then give they buyer no paperwork or follow up with registration who knows. If you decide to do business with this dealership GOOO LUCK! Lower your expectation to near zero and hope they get your paper work right the first time since you’ll need all that luck if you have any questions or need assistance once you sign on the dotted line. So much room for improvement here. I’m surprised a dealership that’s run like this can stay in business.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Cannot complain!

It was nice to hear from them even if it was to tell me we are still waiting. Once the truck arrived, we got the… deal done in one afternoon. Get everything in writing
by Promodnova on 01/30/2019Bought a used vehicle around New Years. The salesperson (Kyle) we dealt with was GREAT, no complaints. The vehicle had cracking paint on the hood and dents on the cowl that we noticed a few days later. We didn’t notice this when we bought… the vehicle because it was snowy on the day we bought it. Brought the vehicle back to have them look at it. Scott (used car manager?) said that they would repaint the hood and they would get the dents out of the cowl, although he did say that maybe not ALL the dents could be removed. I agreed to that and brought the vehicle to the body shop that they use. The body shop repainted the hood, but said that that AutoNation denied the cowl repair. Apparently the cowl would need to be replaced (part is $200) and the General Manager denied it. Called AutoNation a few more times and talked Ron. He did acknowledge that the cowl could not be repaired and needed to be replaced, and that is why it was denied. He was going to talk to the general manager and get back with me. No one ever called me back. I called GM (Dennis) a few day later and he also acknowledged that the cowl was not repaired do to the cost (which he said was $800?), and I was lucky that they even repainted the hood. The takeaway from this is do not trust what they say and get everything in writing, which unfortunately I did not do.Thank you for your feedback. We were very upset and discouraged when we arrived after being treated like dirt at Christopher Dodge so our spirits were not the highest. However James greeted us with a smile… and we told him exactly what we wanted. He made no promises and did not show us the car we wanted with all the bells and whistles, he went straight to work to find us exactly what we were looking for with our maximum monthly payment in mind. Mike in financing worked hard with James and they got us the deal of the lifetime!! They got me exactly what I wanted (even the color!) And I was thrilled!! Our process took longer because James personally drove to pick up my 2016 dodge journey crossroad plus from the arapahoe location and brought it back so we could leave with it the same day. Our kids were tired and restless so he treated us all to dinner while they fueled and washed my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. They are amazing at what they do and James and Mike helped our family tremendously. I would never dream of going anywhere else ever again!!!Way to go!
