GREAT EXPERIENCE
by Hdgirl98 on 12/11/2015I just took my 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid into the Collision Department for body work, a new windshield, then to the Service Department for some warranty work. Doug and Phil in the Collision were AMAZING! They had my car in and out in no… time. They also made certain the Service Department addressed all of the warranty issues. I had my car in the time promised and it looks brand new. The Parts Department and the Accounting Department are also top notch. Kristina in Service is a new addition, and also did a great job! I have been dealing with Landmark for some time now and actually purchased an F-350 through them several years ago. Landmark has been servicing my vehicles for about 10 years, they have… always gone beyond my expectations with customer service. My recent visit was unexpected, my tire pressure light was on and I discovered I had a screw in one of my tires. I called Landmark and talked to Hillori, she said they could fix the tire right away. When I arrived I informed Hilary that I had a service appointment the following week. Hilary told me if I didn't mind waiting for about an hour they could take car of the service as well. This not only saved me the trip back to the dealership, but at least a couple of hours of my schedule for the following week. My wife and I enjoy all of the folks at Landmark and are particularly fond of Hillori and Danen in service. Linda is always courteous when answering the phone, she always says "it will be my pleasure to transfer you" and she is always courteous when I pick up my vehicle.Thank you for the flowering review of our team! Those little touches like Linda's greeting really show how much we care and we are glad you noticed. We appreciate your business and will see you next time!

Semi annual check up!

In fact, time goes by so quickly that the used car dealer called to see how my "new" car was doing and reminded me to make my service appt. which I had purchased when I… purchased the used car with less than 8 thousand miles on it. My appt. was kept and I met a friend for lunch while it was being serviced. Lou saw me coming back from lunch to pick up my vehicle and greeted me and went in to get me my report on the car. It is nice to be remembered as a person and not just a past sale. Thankfully, no service was needed other than the oil change. The car was washed and cleaned - just like when I purchased it a year ago! Thank you to your company and employees for making a auto ownership a pleasure. regards, m. googinsExcellent service!

The way buying a car should be!
by afelsen on 10/21/2015I leased a 2016 Lincoln MKC, absolutely love the car. I went in just to look, I was greeted by Louis and shown the various models. Again I had no idea what they even had. I had a Navigator back in 1998 and that was the last American car… I have lease or purchased. We found a vehicle that I just loved, we went back to the showroom, went through some basics and the sales manager gave me a lease quote. This all took maybe 45 minutes. Absolutely professional, no games and was treated fantastic. Very non car like experience. In an hour total I had a new car and was happy with the deal I was given. It was fair and honest, that is all I can ask for. I have purchased 13 BMW's from Murray in the last 20 years. I go there, or used to until they sold, and the treatment was just like Landmark. That is why I return. I will continue to be a customer of Landmark over and over again.
