Dealership Service Review
I took my 2012 Lincoln MKZ for its 2nd 6 mos. oil change and check up. In fact, time goes by so quickly that the used car dealer called to see how my "new" car was doing and reminded me to make my service appt. which I had purchased when I purchased the used car with less than 8 thousand miles on it. My appt. was kept and I met a friend for lunch while it was being serviced. Lou saw me coming back from lunch to pick up my vehicle and greeted me and went in to get me my report on the car. It is nice to be remembered as a person and not just a past sale. Thankfully, no service was needed other than the oil change. The car was washed and cleaned - just like when I purchased it a year ago! Thank you to your company and employees for making a auto ownership a pleasure. regards, m. googins
