Dealership Service Review
I have a Ford F-150, my wife drives a Lincoln. I have been dealing with Landmark for some time now and actually purchased an F-350 through them several years ago. Landmark has been servicing my vehicles for about 10 years, they have always gone beyond my expectations with customer service. My recent visit was unexpected, my tire pressure light was on and I discovered I had a screw in one of my tires. I called Landmark and talked to Hillori, she said they could fix the tire right away. When I arrived I informed Hilary that I had a service appointment the following week. Hilary told me if I didn't mind waiting for about an hour they could take car of the service as well. This not only saved me the trip back to the dealership, but at least a couple of hours of my schedule for the following week. My wife and I enjoy all of the folks at Landmark and are particularly fond of Hillori and Danen in service. Linda is always courteous when answering the phone, she always says "it will be my pleasure to transfer you" and she is always courteous when I pick up my vehicle.
