    I find the Exact truck I wanted and it was ready before I arrived for my appointment. These folks were absolutely fantastic. All were very professional, attentive, and easy to work with. I would recommend this team without hesitation to anyone. I couldn't be happier about my purchase or my experience! I would like to give a specific shout outs to Caesar, Jacob, and Andy. These guys are great at what they do. I hope their boss reads this and buys them lunch!

    I went in not sure what i was looking for but they listened and found exactly what i didn't know i was looking for. The sales team were there to help without any pressure. Finance team were understanding and explained everything well.

  • Cracked my dash and didn't say anything

    I brought my truck in for warranty work on the passenger side takata airbag that the previous owners neglected to have replaced. Service cracked my dash much more than the single small crack that was there. I didn't expect anything other than them to be upfront about it. It's a 13 yr old truck and the dashes are prone to cracking but, just being honest about it would have been nice. Left a decent size grease smudge on my seat after steam cleaning the seats so not to thrilled about that but, having dinner work like that, I get it. Just make sure in the future you tell someone. I would potentially still buy a car here but, not sure I'll bring my truck back if work is needed involving the interior.

    Very pleasant. I was told from the beginning that my car would be done in 1 to 1/2 hours. It was done just short of an hour. My service rep. (forgive me as I can't find his card to remember his name) was very pleasant.

  • Took my business elsewhere!

    Had to give one star (worthy of 0) just to complete the survey!!! While in town visiting our daughter we took her car in for a repair. After 5 days sitting there, the car was still not looked at, so we picked it up and brought it to John Elway. Although they told us it’d be a few days, it was only 4 hours before we were picking up in running order. Plus…the $205 fee was applied to the repair! The service department at Auto Nation is awful! $199 fee is not applied to repair, no one answers the phone and if your service representative is on a day off, your stuck until they return. Have to say this was the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a Chevy Dealer.

  • Oils change

    Got home and the oil filter was leaking wasn’t tight enough I was able to hand tight the filter, half a spin more and the leak stop. Also, I noticed that the drain plug has white silicone

  • 7.5hr, No Paperwork, Lost Truck, Silverado Recall

    Very Bad Experience! 7.5hrs of my life gone. Still have NO PAPERWORK! Cannot PROVE / DISPROVE recall work was even completed! Wanting to go home after 7.5hrs, had trouble locating my truck! I expected more from AutoNation!

    Horrible. Went in for Tire Pressure, oil change, alignment, and general check up. The only thing that was worked on was tire pressure…it took them 7 hours to call me and tell me it was ready. By the time they called, the shop was closing and I had to leave it overnight. When I picked it up and found out they kept my car for 24 hours for just tire pressure I asked what happened. Nobody knew what happened and just made me sign some paperwork and I left. Will not be back and will not refer to anyone.

    very unsatisfied with the overall service. first, had to wait 2 weeks for an oil change. second, arrived at the scheduled time, got checked in and was told it would be about 90 minutes for an oil change. third, after about 2 1/2 hours work was not completed. talked with service rep and he found out it would be another hour. finally was finished after 4 hours. doesn't make sense for a simple oil change should take 4 hours to complete. the service rep was very courteous and helpful. would give him high ratings for being new to the job.
