onvery unsatisfied with the overall service. first, had to wait 2 weeks for an oil change. second, arrived at the scheduled time, got checked in and was told it would be about 90 minutes for an oil change. third, after about 2 1/2 hours work was not completed. talked with service rep and he found out it would be another hour. finally was finished after 4 hours. doesn't make sense for a simple oil change should take 4 hours to complete. the service rep was very courteous and helpful. would give him high ratings for being new to the job.
