    I came in for a broken visor on my 2022 RAM 1500 that I bought at a different store. The staff was very courteous and I was fixed up with the new parts and on my way in very short order. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and coworkers.

    Very poor experience purchasing a vehicle from Dodge Ram Colorado Springs dealership. I purchased a vehicle out of state from them and they took forever to process documentation/shipping info( multiple weeks). Also they sent the vehicle to me with known engine codes and flat tire that I had to fix on my own dime. They were not helpful at all nor willing to cover costs associated with the engine codes. Engine codes/light came on next business day after delivery. They also sold the vehicle with missing Federal ID tag so getting it registered in new name was difficult. All in all it took almost 5 months to finally get it registered from date of purchase. Would not recommend buying from this dealership!!

    Our Kia was totaled and we couldn’t find a comparable car in our state (CA) in the price range we were looking for. We found one at Auto Nation in Colorado Springs and called to see for more info and to see how to make this happen. Brian Espinoza handled our transaction from start to finish. He answered every question immediately. He explained the process thoroughly and even took videos inside and out so we could insure the car was in great shape as promised. He set it up so we could go to a local Auto Nation near our home and sign all of the papers. And we had our beautiful new car within days! Brian really made this happen for us with zero stress. We’re thrilled !

  • Do not recommend

    It would have saved me two hours of waiting if the person that checked me in checked my cell number on file. I have had my truck serviced here multiple times before and received texts throughout. They were texting an incorrect number and never came out to the lobby to inform me of the status of my truck (the lobby is 75 feet away from the service bay). After i checked the status, I was told they were complete and bring the truck around the front 40 min later I asked again for the status and that's when they figured out the number on file was incorrect. I signed the paperwork and left. Once this service agreement is over, I will not return.

    I drive past other dealerships and go across town to get to the Colorado Springs AutoNation RAM Dealership. This way I know my vehicle will be taken care of by down to earth group of people. I certainly appreciate having respectful technicians/service advisor explain a problem with way-ahead solutions. It's a culture that seems to understand and supports brand ownership.     We had a great experience with this dealership and are very pleased with our new truck. Only one glitch….out sales rep said that the truck was equipped with remote start, and we discovered that it is not😒 tried to call and email to discuss our options and so far, no response from the dealership.

    We recently purchased a used Ram 1500 from AutoNation Dodge and had a wonderful experience!  Michael Keck in the Buying Center gave us a great price for our vehicle and Joshua Nelson in Sales was able to get us the exact Ram truck we were looking for, even though it was from another AutoNation dealership.  Jim Jannicelli, dealership General Manager, even came over to introduce himself to us and wanted to ensure we were well taken care of. Joshua made the purchasing process effortless and took excellent care of us. James Spreng in Finance took his time and explained all our options with no pressure.  Everyone at AutoNation was friendly, professional, efficient and made us feel we were their top priority.  If you are looking to sell or purchase your vehicle, AutoNation Dodge is the place to go.

    I was hopeful that the takeover of Colorado Springs Dodge by AutoNation would be an improvement, but unfortunately this has not been the case. I recently went in for an oil change and some warranty work but before making the appointment I inquired about the cost for a full synthetic oil change in a RAM 2500 diesel. The first THREE people I spoke to could not tell me what the cost would be. The information is no longer posted on their web site, which is basically devoid of any useful information. I was finally transferred to a service advisor and he told me that the cost was $189. We discussed the fact that the last oil change I received was $159, 8 months earlier and he commented that they increased charges. Although still high, the $30 increase was in line with what I have experienced in other areas of the economy. I arrived at the appointment time and was checked in for the oil change. I could not stay and advised that I would return later to pick up the truck but would like a call or text when the truck was ready. Long story short, I never received a call or text and finally called them 30 minutes prior to closing time. Service advisor stated it should be ready soon. When I picked up the truck the, oil change was $50 higher than I was quoted and there was an extraneous charge of $220. Turns out the advisor didn’t know she wasn’t supposed to charge for warranty work. Poor or non-existent training. I questioned the oil change cost and the advisor said it was normally $289 for an oil change and advised her that was not even close to what I was quoted. Needless to say this was a very very poor experience. When I got home I decided to go over the paperwork more carefully and noticed numerous mistakes that now make me wonder exactly what work was performed. As I said earlier, I could not even check the prices, as the web site is completely devoid of useful information. It’s almost as if they do that on purpose so that they can change the price on a whim. Scammers use secretiveness and complexity to distract us. You decide if AutoNation Dodge in Colorado Springs fits that description. VERY DISSATISFIED….. Update: Received an email from AutoNation Dodge in Colorado Springs stating that the General Manager would like to speak to me. I called yesterday morning and left a message and have not been contacted. Seems as though they really don't care about fixing a problem as long as they can take advantage of their customers. Update 12/4/23: Still have not heard back from AutoNation even though I have left 2 messages with the General Manager. Perfect indicator as to how they feel when they take advantage of their customers. If they don't care at the top, they sure aren't going to care at the bottom.
