onIt would have saved me two hours of waiting if the person that checked me in checked my cell number on file. I have had my truck serviced here multiple times before and received texts throughout. They were texting an incorrect number and never came out to the lobby to inform me of the status of my truck (the lobby is 75 feet away from the service bay). After i checked the status, I was told they were complete and bring the truck around the front 40 min later I asked again for the status and that's when they figured out the number on file was incorrect. I signed the paperwork and left. Once this service agreement is over, I will not return.
