by LaurenM on 03/30/2025Went in to test drive some cars, and Uzi had quickly assessed and gotten us a test drive. The place was insanely busy with all the customers due to the tariff announcement. He was spread very thin, literally running everywhere, and helping… multiple families at a time. He went out of his way to ensure the car I liked didn't get taken by another customer and I ended up buying it. He was great. We did have to wait a very long time, almost 7 hours to get everything completed, so they need more staff for the finance area, and more to help with showing the cars.Hello, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. No hassle and direct

Like loaners instead of rentals for new cars bought if the new car will be… serviced. given how many cars they sell, you'd think the process would be smoother
by 25RAV4PHEV on 01/18/2025The sales process, per se, was fine. I had reserved the car while it was in transit, so there was no on-lot selection process or anything like that. The lease process was not as smooth. First, there was a long wait to sit down with someone… from the leasing department. The differences between the information available on the dealer lease paperwork and what was on the Toyota paperwork were inexplicable and a bit troubling. Lastly, the dealership had difficulty reaching the Toyota website where the Toyota lease had to be signed, and there was no paper backup available. Had the problem not spontaneously resolved itself after a few minutes I would have been stuck at a dealership an hour from my home with no car (I trust, but do not know, that they would have provided me a loaner, but that still would have meant having to go home and then make a second trip to the dealership). Lastly, I noticed that the paperwork they sent home with me contained a detailed delivery-time checklist, which was blank.Hi, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. Worst customer service we've experienced from a dealership
by Raj G Denver on 01/10/2025The sales process was fine, and normal. After that, they were the worst dealership we've ever dealt with. When our temp tags were about to expire, we called the DMV and found out that AutoNation still hadn't sent our paperwork. After… calling them, they said that they changed their software in July and that it backed up their title delivery to the DMV, even though we bought the car months later. We contacted our sales rep - Sergio - who said he'd mail us new temp tags, and that he'd email us an updated registration within the next hour. He also gave us his cell. We never heard from him again. We called him several times and sent several texts, but he never responded. To this day, we never heard from him. Calling the dealership and trying to get to the finance department would often put you in a loop and waste your time. We finally had to take a half day off work and go to the dealership (which is a 30-minute drive), even though it was their fault the paperwork didn't get through. Suffice it to say, we will never use this dealership again.Hello Raj, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
