We crossed paths with a stellar team: Alex Valerko, Joshua Irwin, and Hunter Lippincott! They ensured the… process for our family was fun, efficient, and flexible. Alex Valerko led our sales and financing with Hunter. He was transparent and ensured our packages and add-ons were met during the build phase 2 months prior to finalization. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable with our family. He even got them free dealership goodies! Totally flexible with us from start to finish. Appraising our RAV4 with Joshua was great. Joshua accommodated us since we drove 2 hours with a newborn and forgot documents which we signed and mailed after the purchase. Hunter made financing relaxed, fun, & easy! He was super supportive of our family’s purchase and gave us great deals on our vehicle. Keisler Lugo

Autonation should use him as the trainer for the rest of its dealerships. My past experiences… over the past twenty years at Autonation has been anything but good until Mr Lugo came to greet my yesterday. It is only because I buy Toyota products that I am forced to deal with the Autonation staff. Fast great tire replacement

The price was reasonable, so I asked if there was still a special discount for buying 4. There was, and I decided… it was worth while to get all 4. He researched other brands when I asked if he had a better recommendation and he found one.
