The Autonation service advisor Keisler Lugo is by far the best service advisor I have yet to meet and work with at Autonation Toyota on Arapahoe. Autonation should use him as the trainer for the rest of its dealerships. My past experiences over the past twenty years at Autonation has been anything but good until Mr Lugo came to greet my yesterday. It is only because I buy Toyota products that I am forced to deal with the Autonation staff. Mr Lugo makes me finally change my attitude about coming in for service.
