Great service when buying used car
by Liz D on 07/03/2025I went in to AutoNation Toyota to look at a used 2009 Toyota Rav4. I was looking at Toyota, Honda, and Hyundai and had never driven a Rav4. I had no intention of walking out with a car. Joe Bates was my salesperson. He did a good job… highlighting the high points of the car before, during, and after the test drive. I love Toyotas so I knew I would like the car, but Joe helped me make the decision to buy that day. During our work to complete the documents and get my payment processed, Joe explained everything and walked me through the process with patience. Service rep was great, service tech not so much...

The service technician recommended a new battery (current battery still under warranty from another company) neglecting to mention that all cells needed to be filled. I filled… with distilled water and will get it checked elsewhere. Full systems check, all I needed was an oil change and new air filter. Told me it would probably be about 90 minutes wait… time. Didn't take that long.
