AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe

I went in to AutoNation Toyota to look at a used 2009 Toyota Rav4. I was looking at Toyota, Honda, and Hyundai and had never driven a Rav4. I had no intention of walking out with a car. Joe Bates was my salesperson. He did a good job highlighting the high points of the car before, during, and after the test drive. I love Toyotas so I knew I would like the car, but Joe helped me make the decision to buy that day. During our work to complete the documents and get my payment processed, Joe explained everything and walked me through the process with patience. I really appreciate the job that Joe did and I am loving my car after two weeks.
