Service rep was great, service tech not so much...

onThe service representative was the best I've ever encountered. The service technician recommended a new battery (current battery still under warranty from another company) neglecting to mention that all cells needed to be filled. I filled with distilled water and will get it checked elsewhere. (The yes/no questions in the following part of the questionnaire do not allow for N/A or any other responses.)
