    My fiancée and I recently traded in my '09 Toyota 4Runner at AutoNation on Arapahoe and it was such a smooth process. We were promptly greeted by Buzz who was the most amazing salesman ever. He was very down to earth, honest and trustworthy which was a breath of fresh air. I test drove a car this night, and in the end told him I would like to think about, and he was not pushy whatsoever to get me to buy the car that night. We returned later that week and decided to take the plunge and trade my beloved car in (I need better gas mileage!). Well, a few days later I decided that although I loved my new Impreza Sport, I really didn't like the light interior color of the car and was terrified that I would be stuck with it. It was own problem, right? No problem, Buzz said. What color do you want, he asked. He was able to get a car from another Subaru dealer in town that day with my list of must-haves, and I was able to drive the new NEW car home that night, hassle-free. He did whatever it took to make sure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. I could not believe it! Also, Erik in the finance department was very easy to work with and explained everything simply so we could understand exactly what was going on. I have never had such a stress-free car purchasing experience before, and I highly recommend AutoNation Subaru on Arapahoe. You just need to ask for Buzz - he will take excellent care of you. I love my new car!!

  • Buying my first car ...

    I found myself in a situation in which I needed to buy a "new" car. I started looking without doing much research, which I learned was not the right way to buy a car. Buying a car on my own as a young single female was a challenge, and I found comfort in working with Bob at Subaru Arapahoe Nation. I decided I wanted a Subaru Forester 2014. I received the online quote at the best offer from this dealership. His communication - text, emails, phone calls - were much appreciated. The dealership worked with my preference for color and type of car while dealing with limited options coming onto their lots. I felt the dealers were honest and treated me fairly. They were direct in offering the best price. They were personable. I would recommend a friend to buy a car from this dealer/dealership and I would return to buy a car from here in the far away future (as my Subaru should last a long time!).

    I bought a slightly used 2012 Subaru Legacy at AutoNation Subaru on Arapahoe and had a great experience. The first thing that I noticed was that the car was in great shape and was extremely clean inside and out. The price was very competitive. It was comparable to what some other dealers had older cars or ones that were not as nice priced. The Sales person that helped me was Zachary S. He was helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. At no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. The sales manager also greeted me and thanked me for making the drive down. The facility was clean and comfortable. The finance manager was helpful and patient with me when I had to leave for a while to take care of other business. She was even able to get me better financing than I was able to get on my own. In all I was very pleased with my experience there and would highly recommend them.

    I had a great experience at Go Subaru. I liked how our sales guide, Seisho L., knew about the various vehicles we were interested in. Initially we weren't looking at Subaru's because we thought the gas milage was not so good. After visiting the dealership just to get an idea, we were hooked. We took several weeks while we researched and test drove other brands and I never felt pressured to buy. Great experience all around.

    My experience was great. I shopped online with AutoNation and finished the process at Arapahoe Subara. I purchased a new '14 Forester. The process at the dealership was ideal. No hassle, no upselling, and no unexpected problem. In addition, the salesman, Rolf, also helped me return my rental car to the store down the street. I could not have asked for a better experience.
