    We just bought a Honda Civic from Mark O. at Fischer Honda. He made the process so easy and honest. It was such a pleasure getting to know Mark and being treated with such kindness and respect. We would recommend Mark and Fischer Honda to anyone.

    I recently went to Mark to get a quote on a Honda CR-V. I was impressed with their transparency and willingness to show all fees so I could get a good feeling for the "out the door" pricing. I will definitely work with them again.

    Overall the experience was very good except it took almost 1.5 hours to get into the business office. After getting into the business office it was quite pleasant and only took 15 minutes.

    Worked with Justin on line and made the deal. Everything was as agreed upon. CRV was ready when I arrived even though I not signed anything. There was no trying to add additional fees or accessiories. Very easy transaction and a very good price. Would highly reccommend.

    I took my car in for a necessary oil change and to have a factory recall serviced. These two things were completed. In addition the tires were rotated, the rear differential fluid was replaced and other fluids replaced appropriate to the mileage of the car. All maintenance was thoroughly explained to me.

    I had great service from Dennis O. at Fisher in buying my car. Buying a car can be a difficult process and stressful time, but he took his time and helped me. He is professional, friendly and experienced. I also wanted to say thank you to Phil R. as well for being very nice and helped put me at ease. I appreciated it.

    This dealership was extremely friendly. Everyone acknowledged me while I was looking around for my appointment with Mike P... They had an 03' Xterra for sale which was obviously a trade in since it's primarily a Honda dealership. It was just the right body style I was looking for, and the miles weren't too high either. They seemed to put some work into it before it even went out on the lot including 4 brand new middle of the road tires, an new AC compressor, oil change, and fine detailing. Because they installed the tires before putting it out for sale they were then guaranteed for free rotation in their service shop for the life of the tires which I thought was pretty cool. The service team seemed to be pretty competent and also were very friendly. Overall I would love to give 5 stars, and would certainly to Mike P. for excellent and honest customer service, but overall 4 stars is what I'm giving due to EXCESSIVE wait times. I was there for over 5 hours trying to process and sign it off. They need more than one person working in finance. That was really extensive since I already had a large down payment and an approval from the bank for the rest. All things considered if you have a free day off and are willing to wait around with a packed lunch then you're good to go!

    I just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Fisher Honda. My first Honda and I was impressed. My sales rep, Robert J., provided friendly and attentive service. I dreaded haggling over the price and all the extras that some dealerships try to sell you. The dealership matched the lowest bid I had been given and the whole purchase transaction took less than an hour.

    Just bought a new Honda Pilot at Fisher through Doc O., the internet manager. He was great to work with, including his altitude to the customer, his knowledge on cars, and his helpfulness in finding the optimal finance. I really enjoyed the purchase process.

    My family and I have used Fisher Honda since the year 2000 for sales and service, so for my first new car it made sense to continue there. Jeff Tomko was the sales person who helped us and was very polite and courteous. Very friendly too! They matched the neighboring dealer's prices and provided the exact make and model we were searching for. I'd recommend Fisher Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car and would encourage people to ask for Jeff Tomko. -omar

    I just now purchased a Honda Fit from Fisher. My daughter had gotten her car serviced there for years, and they were always fantastic for her, so I thought I'd give them a try for a new car purchase. Buying a car is always a trying experience, but overall it went quite well. The usual added on dealer fees were within reasonable limits, and they got me a top notch interest rate. What really surprised me, and stood out as above-average service, was how they handled my accessory purchase of a cargo cover. Because the parts department was closed I couldn't drive away with one that evening. But they delivered it to my house the next day! I found that quite remarkable. I would definitely recommend them!

    After having some unpleasant and less than satisfactory experiences with other dealerships, I had an excellent experience with Fisher Honda. Internet Manager, Jeff Tomko, was determined to obtain the particular CR-V that I wanted. He kept me updated on his search and it took one day before he located my car. When I arrived to pick up my car, Jeff explained the documentation that came with the car and then I met with the finance officer briefly to sign the necessary papers. Following that, Jeff explained and demonstrated several features on my car. My new CR-V was washed, detailed and ready to drive off the lot. It was one of the least painful experiences I have had after purchasing 7 cars in my lifetime. No one pressured me to add options I didn't need or want although they were offered. Jeff was professional and conducted our transaction expeditiously and most efficiently. So far, I love my car. I drive up to the Colorado Rocky Mountains often and it has all the power I need even with a good sized load on occasion. Road noise has definitely been reduced. I've had five other Honda models. It handles well and the gas mileage has been as advertised. I logged over 31 mpg on a recent trip. Honda and Honda Fisher receive 5 stars from me!

    Fisher Honda Service is top notch. They give you more than what they promise, the timeframe was much earlier than expected and the qualityof work phenomenal. It's hard to find businesses like this around anymore that really make you feel number one. We brought our car in for autobody work after an accident and it came out looking new. Thanks to Linda D. and Liz who ROCK in the customer service autobody shop. Linda kept us well informed and really went to bat for us getting parts shipped and putting it all together for us quickly so we could make our road trip on time. I would reccomend them to anyone even if you don't have a honda! Thank you so much!

    My husband and I were very satisfied with our car-buying experience. Tom Tomass was our salesman, and he was personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made sure all our questions were answered and never made us feel pressured.

    I purchased a 2011 Honda Fit. I had to endure a high pressure sleazy sales pitch from the finance manager. My salesman recovered by getting me a different finance guy. But I was disappointed yet again when accessories I purchased with my car were incorrectly processed and an additional, unexpected bill was passed on to me. I recommend you avoid this dealer.

    I really appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by my service advisor, Brownlow Townsend. He is extremely knowledgable concerning Honda service matters, always greets me with a smile on his face and consistently makes my service appointments painless. In the past I was always hesitant to use dealer service departments but I have developed a level of trust with Brown that I've never had with other auto dealer service departments.     I live in Littleton and drive to Boulder for work every day. My 2006 Honda Civic Si is a very important part of my life. On one recent trip to work my "check engine" light popped on. It worried me so I drove it straight in to Fisher since it's close to my work. I saw Howard Snyder. He informed me that they would take a look at my car and diagnose the problem and give me a call back before noon. Howard called me back before noon and let me know that the "catalytic converter" code popped up and that it could be as simple as a software update. They updated my software and the light has stayed off since. (fingers crossed that it doesn't pop back on!) While it was with them, I asked if they could do some regular maintenance and he said no problem! He also said that there was a recall part that they could do while it was in there as well! He alleviated all of my fears and he didn't try to push any repairs on me that weren't necessary. I have to say that my visit to Fisher was the BEST experience I've ever had at a dealership of any type. Howard was wonderful... even gave me a chocolate as I was leaving. :o) I would recommend this service department above all others to anyone looking to be treated with respect, honesty and compassion.

    I've bought and wrecked a lot of cars in my life - too many - but it makes me unusually experienced at the sales and buying process. Never before in my life have I had what could only be described as such a truly COMFORTABLE experience in shopping for and buying a vehicle. I really felt like everyone I worked with was truly engaged in honest and service-first business practices. Scott the sales manager and "Doc" the salesman were just totally up-front guys about everything around my trade and purchase. There was no wishy-washy back and forth, no games, no smoke and mirrors, no toying around with fees, just straight-up I want to help you get the right car for you for the right price and exactly how you want it - sales and customer service. There was constant follow-up before and after the sale and genuine concern and appreciation. I was shopping for one of the cheapest cars on their lot and I didn't feel like I was treated as a secondary priority. They were GREAT at helping me find competitive financing without heartache too even though I have a bankruptcy! The next time I need a car I'm not going anywhere else.

    My partner and I have now purchased our second car from Fisher Kia, we drove past two other Kia dealer's on the advise of a good friend and I am so glad we did. I have worked in a domestic car dealership for more than 16 years, and not only did their product win me over, their customer service taught me a thing or two about how car sales should be done. Our salesperson Phil Robinson not only knew the products but how they stacked up with competition. I was looking for a specific color and package that was not available. Phil found a better model, got it shipped to the dealer and I now I have way more car than I thought possible and I am still under my budget! Thank You Phil and Justin!!!!! I can not say enough great thing about this place. I will send all of my friends and family here for many years to come. Seriously do not bother looking anywhere else.
