I purchased a certified 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Fisher Honda. Unfortunately, it was not known that the touchscreen became damaged before delivery. My salesman Mark, Used vehicle manager Nate and finance manager Neil came to my rescue. They located another Ridgeline that was exactly the same model and color with even less miles and offered to let me take that one instead. Not only did I get a vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it for almost $10,000 less than a new one, but found a dealer that really cares about their customers. Highly recommended!

    I had first gone to Fisher Honda in the past for a few simple repairs, and felt the repair staff were honest and courteous. When my engine on my old vehicle blew out, I decided to go to Fisher Honda because of my previous experience. I was introduced to Phil Robertson, and he showed me a few vehicles that came close to what I was looking for. At first we didn't find exactly what I wanted, and I realize now (and appreciate) that Phil didn't try to push a vehicle on me that I didn't want. We later did find a really good match - decent mileage, great shape, Honda certified. I can highly recommend Phil. I found a good vehicle at a competitive price, and Phil made the whole process very non-stressful.

    I have been taking my Odyssey to Fisher Honda for 10 years. What I value most about their service is 1) they fix my vehicle 2) their integrity. I have worked with Brownlow for years, and have been impressed with how far he’ll go. With other dealerships I’ve made appointments, explaining the problem, only to find that when I arrive I have to repeat everything. Brown is knowledgeable, stays in contact with the mechanics, and keeps me informed. One time he emailed me a photo (I was at work) of the alternator and damaged cables (installed elsewhere) so I could assess the damage. When my transmission went out 10,000 miles past the recall, he negotiated a fantastic deal with Honda. I have never been pressured for a $30 wiper change, a $110 HEPA cabin filter—in fact, Brown offered to show me how the filter was installed in case I wanted to purchase one online and do it myself. Last week when Boulder was grid lock after a snow storm, Brown waited till after closing so I could pick up my vehicle. Tom has also worked with me on many occasions—the same attitude, integrity, and fantastic customer service applies. I would highly recommend Fisher service to anyone. Thanks guys!

    I first started our with the on-line chat with Albert H and he was very helpful in answering my questions about leasing. Then I made an appointment for the following day. The morning of my appointment I received a call from the customer care center telling me how glad they were I was coming in and they hoped to earn my business, I arrived early for my appointment and Mr, Craig Fisher was coming in the door the same time I was. He introduced me to my sales rep and Bill S. and I got along great. I told him what I wanted and what color I thought I wanted and the features that were important to me, He quicly went to the lot, found a car in my color with my specifications and we went for a test drive. While on the drive I asked him about the advantages of leasing vs. purchase. He was honest and forthright with me and told me he wouild show me both on paper. We proceeded to make a deal They appraised by current vehicle, gave me a great lease deal and paid off my car! What more could a girl ask for, I would highly recommend this family owned dealership and will be back when the lease is up to see what will be available in 2017. Thanks to Craig, Bill, Mike, Brnadon and all the employees that made me feel welcome and that getting this car was not a daunting experience for me at all.

    An honest mechanic is a rare find and one to keep when discovered: Brownlow Townsend of the Blue Team at Fisher Honda gave me that treasure the first day I took my friend's car there for a long overdue service. It's a Subaru that has now found it's only service home, all due to Brown's caring courtesy, mechanical mastery, and his winning warmth to my wallet, as his prices were the best in Boulder! Thanks Brown--simply THE BEST:).

    I've been a customer for 5 years. Fisher has done everything from replace my transmission to oil changes. The work has always been timely and within the estimate. Harry Snyder has been my primary contact and he keeps me well informed on what they are going to do, how much it will cost and when it will be ready. I've never been disappointed.

    The wholesale parts department at Fisher is outstanding. We are a Honda repair facility that does a considerable parts purchase volume and am always amazed at their knowledge, timeliness, and professionalism. Specifically speaking Adam Spiers, who is our delivery driver is a pleasure to work with. He is consistently quick on delivery times, knows our system which is extremely beneficial for our efficiency. He even knows where stock order items are placed and delivers them correctly. Many kudos go out to the whole crew!

    We purchased our new Honda in July 2013 after checking out numerous other brands and dealerships. Robert J. was very knowledgeable about the different models and extremely helpful to us as we went through our process. We finally chose to purchase through Fischer because of our comfort with the dealership and Robert. Then after the purchase, he personally oversaw some minor post-sales service. We would definitely recommend Fischer to others for both sales and service.

    My experience with Justin K. at Fisher Honda was excellent. He was casual yet professional and never pushy. Every person working there seemed to be part of the team and willing to help. I'm impressed by this business and would highly recommend them.

    I recently brought my Honda Fit to Fishers's body shop. I had a scrape on the fender and just wanted some advice on how I could fix it. Instead Linda Dickerson, the assistant manager consultant, got a rubbing compound and finished with touch-up paint. Couldn't tell the fender from new and there was no charge. I bought my Fit at Fisher recently. I carelessly signed contract not noticing $200 added for an insurance feature which I didn't want. I complained and two weeks later got a check for $200. No hassle. Their waiting area is clean and attractive with coffee and Wi-Fi. As I said, Topnotch

    Bought a 2014 Accord EX (just plain EX) two weeks ago with automatic. Had been driving shift for 40 years, but really like the automatic - has so far exceeded expectations and handles really well. This is the third new Honda that I've purchased from Fisher, all thru Lori Persinger, who has been absolutely great to work with and who has gone above and beyond, and I very highly recommend her. Plus, she's been there at least 11 years, which must say a lot.

    I've been bringing my Honda's (older Accord, first gen Insight, and Fit) to Fisher for service for years. I *always* receive excellent service. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. I've never had any issues and all repairs are fully explained. I chose Fisher Honda when it came time to replace my Insight because of their excellent sales, service, and the Honda brand.

    I bought a new vehicle at Fisher Honda and the sales staff (primarily Jin and Justin, whom I dealt with) were extremely professional and courteous. I was treated with respect and they were very prompt on returning calls/emails. I bought the vehicle from out of town and they made it fairly streamlined. Overall I would recommend this dealership to others and I feel like they were honest and fair.

    I was looking to purchase a new used car and had a wonderful experience buying a car at Fisher Honda. Phil R. helped me find the right car! He listened, asked appropriate questions and understood what I could afford and what kind of car I wanted. Phil and Fisher Honda not only extend excellent customer service, they really want to help you find the right car.
