I really appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by my service advisor, Brownlow Townsend. He is extremely knowledgable concerning Honda service matters, always greets me with a smile on his face and consistently makes my service appointments painless. In the past I was always hesitant to use dealer service departments but I have developed a level of trust with Brown that I've never had with other auto dealer service departments.
