Headlamp replacement

It is a safety issue and the service does not take long at all so they are able to take you in as a walk in. When I arrived Mathias Horchreder was able to… help me right away and explained that Subaru is covering headlamp replacement under warranty for a period of ten years, nice surprise! I have been very happy with Subaru and Flatirons Subaru service. I'm looking to get an electric car and I hope Subaru gets in the game quickly considering a large base of their customers are environmentally conscious.Thanks for the great feedback, BldrSubaru! They proactively noticed that it was my 4th or 5th oil change -- and I wasn't tracking it and they told me it would be… free. I like that I can use my laptop in the lobby while waiting too, or get a ride if I choose to.Great service

I have bought two excellent cars from this dealer and have the them serviced there exclusively. In more than 12 years now I have not had a single complaint!… In fact I have always been impressed by their professionalism and reliability, their willingness to explain options clearly and to do everything possible to work with my schedule and ensure my cars are always in great shape and won't ever break down in remote locations! You can't put a price on that kind of peace of mind. While the entire service dept has been excellent over the years, I especially want to single out RYAN NUCKLES. Let me put it this way: When I drop off either car I regularly leave the instruction that "Ryan can decide for me" what work may or may not need to be done, because he has proven himself to be so trustworthy and professional over the years. As long as Ryan Nuckles is at the helm in the service dept I would not even consider having my cars serviced anywhere else!Thank you for your very kind review and continued loyalty to Flatirons over the years. I ordered a rim from Flatirons. It came in promptly and then, much to my huge a… delighted surprise, they took my car right away, got the rim on, and with only a mild hitch, I was good to go. What blew me away was how I was treated by staff , as though this was also important them--each sales person and greeter. Really great way to treat people and let them feel they are in good hands. When my Impreza lease was ending I went into the dealer and sat with Mark… Berger for HOURS between a two day time period. He understood my concerns and helped me sort through the options and find the best deal. He's beyond educated on Subarus and the car buying process and his calm, collected demeanor made a usually stressful process, stress-free. Kerrie in financial services, was equally amazing, and SO informative. Thank you so much for everything! I'm looking forward to stopping back in for service and when it's time to lease my third Subaru!Disappointing Experience

Basic facts related to my experience are: 1) Scheduled 7:30 am drop off for 90k routine maintenance, with pick up at 5 pm. 2) Received call at 3:00 pm requesting delay in pickup to 6… pm. Agreed to delay. 3) Arrived 6 pm. Car not ready, waited until 7 pm in shop for service to be completed. 4) Upon completion was informed by service representative that additional work needed to be done to car. Very disappointed in delayed completion and in particular that no effort was made to contact me earlier in the day about the need for additional work. As this has happened in the past, I can only conclude that despite dropping off vehicle early in the morning work on vehicle did not begin until late in the day. Could my car have been dropped off mid afternoon and resulted in the same level of service? I will never know. But I do know that as a result, I am now inconvenienced by having to schedule yet another service appointment for my vehicle - which ultimately, I believe could have been avoided. In the end, I will complete the additional work Flatirons has identified, but I am using one of Boulder's several independent service shops to complete this work. I will not again be using Flatirons service for my vehicles.I am very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our dealership. We financed through USAA Car buying services, selecting our requirements online and being… matched with local dealers who had the vehicle we were looking for, at very competive rates. Lots of happy and long serving sales staff - good work for a good company. We added the extended "peace of mind" 7 year, 100,000 mile warranty. One hopes never to need to use it!
