The dealer ship and all of its employees were absolutely amazing. They made me feel very welcome and not pressured. They were very knowledgeable about what I wanted, and how the paper work process works. They answered all my questions and did not make me feel like I had to do anything. Definitely going back and using them as my amazing mechanics!!

I purchased a new Forester from Flatirons Subaru. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've had. I worked with Paul S. He was very laid back and I felt no pressure at all. He knew the answers to all of my questions and then some. I will do all of my future Subaru car shopping at Flatirons Subaru because of the experience I had with Paul and the rest of the staff at Flatirons.

I bought an Outback Limited from Paul S. at Flatirons Subaru in October after a lot of online research and in-person contact. I could write at some length about needless time wasted with sales people who were all friendly enough (no real "hard-driving pressure" experiences) and a lot of online exchanges that turned out to be not what they promised, but I just want to say that Paul gave me a great price online that never changed for the exact car I wanted. I would recommend Paul for his calm professional demeanor and honesty. I'm sure he represents the positive business environment that's supported at Flatirons Suburu.
  • Best car buying process ever!

My wife and I recently purchased a Forester from Flatirons Subaru in Boulder. It was the third new car that I have purchased, and it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. I started by using sites like cars.com, Edmunds.com, and truecar.com to gather information. We ended up interacting with three area dealers. We ruled out one dealer because the quoted price was significantly higher than the target price that we got from these sites. I asked the second dealer to verify that his quoted price included everything except taxes. His response was that it included everything except "taxes and fees." Hmm. That set off my cynical car salesman alarm. That, plus the dealership not having as much inventory, led to us eliminating him from contention. Mark at Flatirons Subaru didn't just win our business by default, though. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was a straight-shooter, and he was clearly working to satisfy our needs. For example, we were wondering if we should add a few minor options. With each one, instead of actively encouraging us to pad his price, he gave unbiased information that led us to _not_ add the options. No arm-twisting, no sales sleight of hand. He also went the extra mile to get us a better price on my trade-in. I don't think I'm alone in being pretty cynical about car salesmen, but this extremely positive experience just blew me away! Selling Subarus in Boulder is probably the easiest job in the world, and they could get away with not having great sales people, but Flatirons Subaru obviously takes customer service seriously. We haven't needed to use the service center yet, but given the buying process we will go there.

Ray M. was being very helpful and efficient the whole time. Also there was no hassle and pressure-free. I was able to get my new 2013 Forester in no time!
